Overly active 5 year old needs help settling down and getting to sleep.  Chose these for the ingredients.  They like the taste and the texture.  Helps with them getting to sleep.

Good - healthy choice

These gummies have been a life saver for me.  My grandson not only falls asleep extremely fast after receiving them but he loves them and looks forward to getting them every night.  I think in his mind they are candy.  Ha Ha.  The greatest part about these gummies is that they keep him asleep all night and doesn't wake up multiple times a night like he use to.  :)

These work well, my daughter likes the taste and the fact they are gummies, and sometimes I even take one to help me wind down after a rough day of stress, they will take the edge off just enough to allow me to keep y eyes closed. My daughter is a difficult child to get to bed, but with the gummies, she ends up falling asleep around 2 hrs to 3 hours after taking, and if you knew how bad it could get, you would think that time frame was great ,too.
