Flavour

I tried this and I think it works great. One extremely important thing to know about this supplement is that it does not appear to be gluten free. I think we took for granted that most supplements are but there is nothing explicit on the bottle that indicates presence of gluten. Other than that, these supplements taste great and work. All I needed was 1 mg after years of thinking that extra strength is better. The pills are great.

Great taste and work well

Natrol

Finally a quick dissolving melatonin dose for seniors. The appropriate dose of melatonin for seniors is very small. Larger doses cause super-physiologic blood levels lasting into the next day. These doses can cause unsteadiness, drowsiness, and poor quality sleep putting many seniors at risk for falls. Chronic high blood levels of melatonin, caused by large doses also desensitizes the melatonin receptors in the body reducing or eliminating the sleep benefits.

Perfect melatonin product for seniors

The product is a very good alternative if you have children who do not wind down easily. My children take 1/2 to 1 pill each night 20 minutes before bedtime, and it has made our bedtime routine so much easier. They love the flavor, and that it desolves easily on their tongue.

Works quickly and I like the 1 mg for flexibility.

Helps us sleep...

I like because this supplement easy to chew and helps to sleep at night.

Very effective for sleep. I don't need very much, and have even done well with just 1/2 of a pill. This is the only brand that does not give me leg cramps which is a rare side effect of melatonin. So happy to have discovered this brand.

This brand of melatonin is the best for me!

I have taken melatonin in the past at higher dosages that's caused me to have nightmares. Low dosage plus a tasty, quick-dissolve tablet has allowed me to regain control of my sleep schedule with minimal side effects. Recommended!

perfect dose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product multiple times now after a long day when I cant seem to fall asleep. The taste is slightly chalky like most chewables. Some of the times it works like a charm and I find myself dozing off in about 20-30 minutes but other times I've felt i needed double the dose. So far it's been a great product and i continue to use them as needed. Never felt groggy the next morning after taking one.

Gets the job done

I've had very good results with these tablets. The dosage is consistent. I was told by my doctor to take 1mg/night of melatonin. I was skeptical that this would help but was surprised and pleased with the results.

Very Good

These were my go to for my toddler who is very high strung. And she is also a very picky eater, but somehow she like these, and then they started being harder to find so I had to order straight from the website. As soon as I gave them to her, she knew immediately that it taste different and I noticed that the size was different. I don't know why they have to change the size of the pill or why they would change the recipe for it but I was sad because I can't find anything else that she will eat and these are not very hard to get her to eat.

Changed size and flavor

I mg NATROL MELATONIN and have the WORST diarrhea!!
