I love that it is time-release, so it keeps me asleep all night. The delivery time was fast.
And, it's vegan…thank you for that. The animals thank you too.❤️

Time-release AND vegan. YES!

Natrol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have struggled to fall asleep for years but never wanted to risk starting to take sleeping pills. I started looking at options to help and stumble upon these by chance and thank goodness I did. I usually take them half an hour before I want to sleep and now I fall asleep with almost no issues. I also feel like these help me stay asleep longer. I tried non time release and I'd fall asleep and then be wide awake an hour or 2 later. These are not like that. I fall asleep easier and stay asleep longer. I wake up feeling refreshed instead of foggy and groggy. I'm a customer for life!

Life saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Natrol Melatonin Time Release 3mg tablets work very well for me. I have taken them for the past few days and I very easily drift off into a deep sleep. I like that they do not have an overpowering effect on me to where I feel like I have been drugged. They are very subtle but help me to get a good nights sleep all the way through the night. These are easy to swallow tablets. They are very small. I am able to take them without water. They come in a great size pack of 100 tablets. One bottle will last me for 100 nights. I only need one for the night since they are extended release they work throughout the night. Waking up the next morning, I feel refreshed and ready for my day. The only thing I do not like about this product is that it does not have a child safety cap. Other than that, I love it.

Easily drifts me off to sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take melatonin regularly to help with sleep, and after trying these time release tablets I'm very impressed! They not only help me fall asleep quickly, but help me sleep through the night & not wake up often. I'd recommend to anyone who has difficulty sleeping!

Works great and helps me sleep through the night!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had a difficult time going to sleep - I can lay there for hours with no luck. I've tried sleep aids in the past but they alway left me feeling groggy the next day. Imagine my surprise how nicely this worked! I gently fell asleep without lying there for hours and no grogginess the next morning!! will definitely use again!!

Works great

While I still wake during the night, this seems to help me get back to sleep better than other remedies.

Easy to get back to sleep

I've tried Natrol fast dissolve 3mg melatonin tablets and was happy that they helped me get to sleep. I tried the timed release version to stretch out its effect for when I'd wake up for bathroom runs. It didn't work for me. An hour, or so, after I took the little pill, I was still wide awake. So, I cut a 3mg fast dissolve pill to give the slow release a 1.5mg boost; and, it worked, for a while. I used another aid to get me through the rest of the night. I'm going to give the timed release another try before I give up; but, I have doubts. I did pick up a bottle of 3mg slow release gummies to try, in case the little tablet fails. This tablet is quite a bit smaller than the fast dissolve, which made me wonder about it, before I tried it.

It didn't work for me

I was hoping it would change my life but it did not. You do have great products

Great product

I tried it for a while and it did not help me at all-I was told I would get a refund of my purchase price. If I have to send back product, I will. SJ S
