We really like these melatonin gummies. They taste great — the strawberry flavor is actually pleasant — and they help us settle down and fall asleep more easily on nights when our minds just won't quiet down. I only sleep four to five hours a night I always have problems going to sleep but taking 2 of these about an hour before I go to bed I go to sleep fast and sleep all night. And they taste good to.

These help me so much to fall asleep! They have a great flavor too (wish they made a non-therapeutic gummy in this flavor lol). They used to be kinda hard and overly chewy but like 4-5 months ago (approximately) they seemed to be making them much softer and not so difficult to chew. I like that they aren't medicated but work just by enhancing the natural melatonin our bodies produce.

These are sleep saving miracle gummies lol

Never like gummies but these are the exception as they are INCREDIBLY effective and practically guaranteed to get you to sleep after the 1st dose; or if you need a STRONG power nap before your double night shift by my example.  For me, these help with recovery from body aches; I still get crazy awful migraines from time to time, but it's never as a result from this supplement but working nights and the aggressive tone I set.  For my family, these help with their restless nights and they can feel a difference when they wakeup as they're not as irritated or moody; but extremely energetic, and that is before they have their first cup of coffee for the day and the video calls they have with family and associates.  Buying in bulk saves on trips and they are also the first to fly off the shelves locally at the store...

Very Necessary

I have tried a few different kinds of melatonin because of my schedule and very regular problems with insomnia.  My husband and kids also have had to use these and they worked very well. we even tried the same brand but the time released ones and they didnt seem to work as well as these. they work fast and really help me getting to sleep.

I love Melatonin and so does my whole family. Even my inlaws and grandkids use them. aside from helping with sleep they taste really good too. I totally recommend these to everybody.

This batch is not like the usual the texture of the gummies seems different than what they usually are.  These seem harder to chew whereas  the usual it was always easy to chew.  And they seem a bit more moist than usual dry.  Not happy with this batch.   Not sure if maybe the ingredients has been changed up
