Love these boots!  I rarely order shoes online but hard to find Wide width in stores. I needed them for a trip and was concerned about wearing as I hadn't had time to break them in but no need to break in. Felt great from the start.  I like the soft leather, low heels and they have enough extra room for heavy socks for the winter.

Great looking and comfortable boots. I am generally very careful when buying shoes because of my knee problem, but these boots were very comfortable from the word go. Very happy with the purchase.

Very comfortable and cute! Haven't had the scuffing problem other people have mentioned yet, but I've worn them only a few times and have been careful. I got a 7.5, which is what I normally wear, and they fit perfectly.

Love these!

A perfect fit. Roomy but not loose. True to size. Great non slip sole. Super soft leather. I highly recommend.

Comfort and quality

I so wanted to love these boots.  They were super comfortable, but one boot looked normal while the other was already missing a spot on the leather and the leather across the top was wrinkled and looked like it would crack at any time.  I am going to send them back.

Disappointed

Had planned to return these boots as this is the first pair of shoes/boots purchased in a long time where the insole was glued down and didn't allow for use of ones own orthotics.  I really liked the boot overall so decided to gently peel out the insole and, except for two small areas of glue that remained, I was able to take them out and replace with my orthotics.  They do fit well, the leather is soft, the sole is very flexible but with my orthotics they have the support I need and feel comfortable too.

This is my third pair of this type of boot and the only flaw is that the finish on the leather is not dyed, it is painted on so if there is a scuff, it will peel off in strips. (Either that or it is a very thin strip of leather bonded to some other fabric?). Can't beat them for comfort though. I've completely worn out one pair walking daily for the past 4 years

Comfortable, durable sole, upper finish not great.

The one I got looks like a returned item already. The sole has a white spots like dirt, there's no filling inside the shoes like crumpled papers which usually have on those unused shoes.
Need the shoes badly for work so I don't have the chance to return it.

Unsatisfied

I purchased these boots after purchasing the exact same boot in brown. I returned them once I noticed that the toes of my brown boots were very scuffed and I were not retaining their colour. I of course couldn't return the brown ones, so I returned the black ones and chose to purchase black boots from another business. The leather isn't dyed, it looks painted. I can try and polish them the salesman suggested. To my knowledge, unless find a perfect match in colour I will have odd coloured scuff marks on my toes. The boots were worn only indoors and I have no real idea how I achieved the scuffing. To discover that after wearing them 4 times they are now ugly is very disappointing. I have purchased many shoes from Naturalizer because of their large selection of wide width styles. I'm sad these boots didn't work out, they were perfect with all my outfits and comfy too.

Scuff marks appeared very quickly......
