When one of my cats began having a problem hitting the litter box, a neighbor gave me a bottle of this. It has a pleasant odor and I couldn't believe how well it worked. I've since ordered more to have on hand if needed.

Nature's miracle

Nature's Miracle has always been my go-to product.  I will no longer buy it.  I do not want artificial fragrances in my home and under my pet's noses.  Seems to be the thing these days to flood us with chemicals that are toxic.  I am returning without opening and look elsewhere.

We've been using NM for close to 20 years.  However, the new fragrance is overpowering.  No one in our family can stand to be in the same room with a treated carpet or bedding for at least a day.   The new product triggers my wife's asthma, so we simply can't use it in common areas.  We've just finished a bottle of the new formula.  Unfortunately I will need to find a new product from another manufacturer to use for pet messes, because of the strong and awful scent of the new formula.

Overpowering fragrance -- asthma provoked

I bought this for the first time in a couple of years and I am greatly disapointed.  Why did you change the scent?  The new scent is bothersome.  Why fix it if it isn't broken?  I will be looking for another product with Enzymes.  I wonder how many customers you are losing?

Why did you change the scent?

Just bought a gallon of this today as we'd had piddling guests. It was for an area rug, which I'd taken outside. I kept smelling this awful smell and couldn't figure out what it was...it was the UNOPENED as of yet bottle of this product. It will be going back to the store. So glad that it was supposed to rain and I opted to wait to treat the rug...

Horrible odor

I've been using your products for many years. The new scent is awful, smells like a urinal cake. The smell I was trying to remove is now covered up by a more offensive smell, Natures Miracle Stain and Odor Remover.  Thanks for making this difficult. I don't see anywhere on the label about the new scent? DISAPPOINTED

Terrible scent! Natures Miracle stinks now?

I have used Nature's Miracle for years because it works without a chemical smell and feels safe and natural to use in my home. This new Enzymatic formula has a very strong chemical smell that lingers for days. When using this product it causes me to hack and cough do to this horrible new formula. The smell makes breathing near the spot harder which makes me hurry my cleaning job and effects the results of the cleanliness.

I don't have a sensitive nose. I routinely wear cologne. I think that people who are "scent sensitive" are overdramatic about it.

This stuff is no joke. Just a few sprays is enough to make your entire house smell like chemicals. As I sit here typing this, I can feel mucus building up in my throat from spraying this on the carpet in a nearby room that has its door closed. I have never, ever been irritated by smells or scents before using this product. This is chemical warfare levels of bad.

Goes against the Geneva Convention.
