I began using it to help with a severe intestinal condition because of its high fiber content, and it really helped to improve my health astonishingly well. I enjoy a bowl of Smart Bran with added fruit and almond milk daily. Honestly, it's a satisfying breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Growing up, a bowl of cereal was Sunday supper if we were still hungry after our family's elaborate mid-afternoon dinner. Healthy comfort and memories in a bowl!

My Go-To Healthy Meal

This cereal mixes in with yogurt, cottage cheese, and any type of milk. I even add it to my oatmeal. My fiber numbers have definitely improved with Nature's Path Smart Bran

I've been eating this for breakfast every day for years. I'd take it with me when I traveled. I'm amazed that I can get this much fiber from something that tastes so good.

My Fiber Bomb

I eat Smart Bran cereal just about everyday for the added fiber in my diet. The good thing is that it actually tastes good which can't be said for other fiber cereals with this many grams of fiber per serving. Plus it's organic! What's not to like!?

One of the best sources of fiber per serving

Now my kids love it too - maybe only because it's 'dads' cereal but it is just sweet enough to be appealing to little palates. Unfortunately that means I'll just run out sooner than my subscription renewal shipment, but luckily in the Los Angeles area Sprouts reliably stocks this cereal, too.
