Eating this cereal makes me feel like I'm actually doing something good with my diet.  I love that it's organic.  It has multiple nutritious grains like, amaranth, quinoa and omega 3 filled flax seed, and others.  I also like that the added sugar is on the much lower end, only 4gm.  It tastes plenty sweet for me despite the lower sugar, and none of the fake sugars! I think this cereal would still be excellent and sweet enough with a couple of less added sugars.   I like it so much I need fewer added sugars because I can't stick to one bowl, and my serving size is not the same as the one listed on the package!  
Years ago I used to treat myself to Captain Crunch (not often because of the sugar and whatever else is in it).   I liked the taste and loved that it didn't go soggy too fast.  This cereal  also doesn't go soggy too fast and is loaded with the good grains mentioned above.  I haven't eaten it as a snack, as in reach into the bag and pull a handful out to munch.  Even though I haven't done that I still eat it whenever I want, but with milk, although I call those sessions meals.

Nature' s Path is a good choice for a lactic free diet, has flax super crunchy, buckwheat, amaranth, grains  I'm interested in eating more of for taste as well as a healthier choice for a corn flake cereal

Crunchy

This is a tasty, healthier-than-most cereal.  My husband cannot wheat, which is in so many cereals, but this one contains spelt and other grains, which do not hurt him, so we love it!

Mesa Sunrise Cereal

Love to eat this with almond milk instead of regular milk.  Stays crunchy longer than other cereals and very tasty.  Add fruit like bananas or strawberries and it's even more delicious.

Great tasting for a healthier food!

This is my favourite gf cereal, taste and texture are similar to a regular cereal

Good Brand

It took me a long time to find a good tasting cereal that was Non-GMO, organic and had a fair amount of protein and fiber. This cereal offers all of that plus it is gluten free. Gluten is not a concern for me but for some, I am sure it is important. No trans or saturated fat which is one of my big requirements. I am very thrilled to have found this product and am also very impressed with the minimal packaging, so ECO friendly.

Sunrise Surprise

This is the only really good, satisfying and filling Gluten Free cereal I have found anywhere on the market so I now buy it in bulk.

My favorite cereal

It isn't too sweet.  I don't add sugar or sweetener.  It stays crunchy to the end.  I was afraid it wouldn't because we have had a lot of rain.

Yummy and healthy

Same great taste as when I used to buy it at Sprouts. But the bag shrunk, and it costs a little more.  I don't mind paying a little more if I got the same amount.

I have eaten this cereal for years.  Love it!  Bought it last month (Jul '24) from Walmart for $12.20/bag.  Went to order again one month later only to discover the price jumped to $14.78.  A $2.58 increase is some serious price gouging!  Needless to say, I passed on buying it.  Knocked 2 stars off for the price gouging.  Do better Walmart!

Yes, I agree with the other 1 stars. Also there's shrinkage. ! After I opened the bag I would put it in a container only used for that cereal, and there would be 2 cups left over after it was filled. Now the whole bag fits : ( Why does we, the consumer, get screwed all the time while the rich get richer.
