Just one ingredient in large but easy to swallow capsules, taken twice a day, and it was like I was in my 20s rather than 30s. The name is a bit awkward, but I suppose it does get right to the point. I felt more "in the mood" and was able to cross the finish line with less effort than normal, which is no small feat when one has young children and has been married a long time. I will certainly be keeping a bottle around to make those date nights the best they can be.

I don't know if I have to take them longer to actually have them work. But have seen a slight change. I don't know if I would continue use of this product.

I will continue to take these until I finish the bottle to see if I notice any change. The only thing I don't like is the pills are in a plastic like pill casing and I find those harder to swallow for me. I'm still hoping they will work.
