I've taken them for a couple weeks now and they don't seem to bother my stomach like some supplements I've taken in the past have. They're not super expensive either and they don't have a bad taste like some supplements I've tried. So far so good and have helped when I've felt light headed especially during my last period which I usually do feel lightheaded and this month I didn't so could be from them and helping!!!

The supplement I tried was the Iron.  From the picture posted you can see it is quite a large pill, so if you have trouble swallowing large pills this may not be for you. I did not find there to be any after taste or ill effects(stomach upset etc). I would recommend this supplement if you need iron. As always check with your Dr before starting any new regimen. I would give this iron supplement a thumbs up.

Love Natures Way vitamins

There aren't too many ingredients in these versus other iron capsules so that is a major plus for me. They are reasonably priced and you can buy these at most retailers which makes it super convenient!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never taken an iron supplement before. My recent phulysical had indicated that I am iron deficient. The Nature's Way iron supplement came in right in time. The packaged bottle is sturdy white and protects the gel capsules from exposure.  The actual cap is large and needs to be taken with plenty of water. I will check the efficacy of this supplement when my next iron level is taken.
