I replaced a flat TV's sound system with this unit.  Vast improvement. Features not mentioned in the ad:
- There is a fiber-optics audio input that matched the TV.
- There is a built-in FM radio (that I haven't actually tried)
- The wall mount worked nicely.
- The unit is heavy meaning there is some weight on the speaker magnets
- The commands on the NAXA remote were easily learned by our DISH remote so the latter controls the sound.
- One negative: the blue pilot light on the NAXA is a bit annoying so I covered it with black plastic electrical tape.

This unit looks good but I don't know anything else about it it never came with a power adapter so I'm going to send it back

Very basic and not the best sound.  Remote is iffy. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not.
if I had seen this in the store first, I would not have have bought it.
