While I am satisfied with the quality of this product, each mat was actually 12" x 8", not the 12 x 10 advertised. I was able to get a small discount from customer service after bringing up this issue, but I find it very misleading to list a certain dimension on the product page and not actually double check that it matches the product! Also, to list a photo of the item that is different from the item being shipped. ESPECIALLY when it's a product that you're basically paying for the square inch for.
