I bever complain but almost cried when I pulled it out of the box. It came in a thin tube box which smashed  all the leaves n branches  together and tried to unfold but they are silk n wont unfold. The branches wing out every direction with smashed leaves. I wasted my money. Very upset about it. I had high Hope's for thos tree but it dies not look like the pic. Buter beware.
