We were looking for evergreens to soften the look of an old 4' tall tie wall. Arborvitae was going to be our best bet but you may as well ring the deer dinner bell with those. Found these mini cedar trees as an alternative and they look great. I "planted" them in the ground and fluffed out the branches. Very realistic looking.

The 6' height includes the pot they come in so after they are in the ground they are actually 5' tall, which worked for us.

Very nice looking tree. A few small portions of branches came off while unpacking. Can't reattach.

Great value.

I am pleased with this purchase. It looks real unless you get up close and inspect it.

Should last for years outside.

Instant Garden

This cedar looks quite good from a distance.  Up close you can see parts of the center stalk and a bit of a plastic shine.  Color is realistic, and it is pretty full considering the price.

okay for the price

I had previously bought 7 of these from the Nearly Natural website and loved them.  This was a better price and shipping was quicker, so I bought them from Walmart. 

Shame on Nearly Natural.  They are either selling a lower quality product on the Walmart site or they are just making an inferior product now.

I opened the first box and pieces of the leaves were falling off everywhere.  The limbs were all bunched up from being in the box, so I tried pulling them apart some....more leaves started falling off.  The tree was in 3 parts (the original was 2 parts).  Also, these trees were not nearly as full as the ones I had bought from the Nearly Natural website.

Either way, I am afraid to trying buying them from the Nearly Natural website now... just in case they are selling the same low quality on there.  Very disappointed with Nearly Natural !!!

Walmart, however, was great and took them back without any issues. YOU CAN DEPEND ON WALMART..... JUST NOT NEARLY NATURAL !
