Sturdiness

walmart.com

Use it in a variety of ways. Building deck used where needed. Leveling pavers, etc. Easy to use. Convenient.

Shims

They're on the level,
Straight and narrow...

A Shim, not a Sham

Shims, Not He/She

These shims helped me finish many DIY projects

Good shims

The threshold leading into my garage needed a bit of support. These worked perfectly

Good shims, one pack thinner (1/8"), one 3/16"" for my purpose so I had to double up. Would be nice to know size of thick ends.

I have very uneven floors. Got new furniture and needed these to keep everything level. Easy to break off but would have preferred notches. Good value none the less

way over priced

nelson wood shims psh8-12-65 shim 8 in. pine diy bundle pack of 36 front-facing retail display of stacked pine wedge shims in a red Nelson box, visible feathered tips and uniform 1.4 in. width, bundles arranged in rows with Nelson logo on header, for installing doors, windows, cabinets and leveling; also suitable for small carpentry adjustments on-site.
