Like the way it makes my back, shoulders and neck feel. Hate the straps that go around shoulder and arm pits. Padding too short. Rubs shoulders and arm pits. I'm 5'2" 118lbs. I bought a large based on reviews. The waist and shoulder straps are very tight on my stomach/waist.
