Quality

The NEO-G Dorsolumbar Support/Brace is the best. It fits well and very comfortable. I have used the product over ten years and when the newer version with the redesigned shoulder straps came out, the fit and comfort was even better! I've ordered a couple more of these so I can rotate wearing them and thus increase overall life of the product. Very easy to put on and it doesn't slide around or "ride up" on my back like other brands do. The workmanship and materials are superior to other brands. Finally, the metal support stays are heavy, do the job and easy to remove when I clean the brace.

Good product - Would Recommend

NEO G offers this support/brace in an extra long so I bought this for a friend that has an X/long torso. He hasn't had it that long so not sure how it will work out for him. Customer service was awesome. I had to return for smaller size and customer service was very responsive.

I bought the lumbosacral support hoping it would provide support for a deteriorating spine with early kyphosis and constant pain. I didn't have much hope, but when I put it on I had such relief! My posture into upright position was supported, I experienced immediate pain relief (hard to believe)  because my back was supported from base of neck through lumbar spine. I no longer had a slumped, round- shouldered posture. The one change I made was to lightly pad the inside of the axillary sleeves which cover the long straps extending under my arms.  I am 5'6"  130# originally bought a size Medium Long length, but it was too long. I found this seller, bought a Medium Standard and it fits perfectly. In addition to the metal stays, flexible plastic stays were also included which weren't offered in my 1st purchase. I still have pain but not to the degree I had before. I  highly recommend this product. I am an Occupstional Therapist so I am trained in use of orthotics/supports, but I  suggest any one with a back problem to consult a doctor 1st.

I own other Neo G lumbar braces.  I like this brace.  A few things could be better:  a wider velcro band for tightening the abdominal area; longer shoulder straps to be able to adjust the tension so shoulders and arm pits adjust to the tension and friction; lower upper back band as this one chafes my back neck area at the bony region.

The support/brace was for my wife who has scoliosis.  We the cure of her back she has not been able to wear it comfortably the way the straps go over the shoulder and under the are pits...Great product and high quality but not comfortable for my wife.

Not Comfortable

Lower back support is not bad but upper and middle back support is completely ineffective.

Ineffective upper and middle back support
