I've been using this moisturizer for at least 5 years now. The formula has changed it used to be much thicker I noticed a difference. But the current formula is still very good I sometimes apply it twice. It is my favourite moisturizer for day and night, over serums and under makeup and sunblock. It keeps my skin hydrated all day. I never get break outs with this cream, doesn't clog pores at all. When Ive tried samples of other moisturizers they haven't compared to this one I always return to moisture infusion. I like that it is lightly scented too, I can't take smelly creams. I will definitely continue to use this cream please don't discontinue it. 
My dermatologist introduced me to neostrata when I was in my 20's and I used several products for over 20 years now.

I bought this and it is nothing like the original. Since Johnson & Johnson took over, you can tell the formulation has been changed. Not the same as before really disappointed

Not the same product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use many of their products and especially like this cream! The pot is full (unlike some brands....) and a little is enough. The cream is not very lgre but fits perfectly my skin dry before sleeping! (I received this crme for free to share my opinion, but I love this brand!)

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have quite dry and sensitive skin, so this has been a treat for my skin. I have been using it for almost a month. I've had no break outs from it and the flaking around my nose and chin area has cleared up, I definitely credit some of that to this product. It has a slight scent, which I don't mind but I still do prefer unscented products, which is why it's getting four stars instead of five.

Super moisturizing!

This moisturizer used to help my skin when it was really dry and flaky and it was thicker texture. It just seems to not help the same as it did when they changed it. Not to happy.

Not the same as old product

Used to be so much better on my skin making it look moist but no longer since they have changed. Wish they went back to the original.

Not as Rich

Thick cream, goes on nicely however I find the fragrance in the product too overwhelming. Wish there was an unscented version.

Scent is overwhelming

I bought this product about 6 weeks ago and it was the best product, bar none, that I have ever used to moisturize my skin.  It went on like silk, absorbed quickly an my makeup went over it without a hitch.  I used it day and night and ran out to buy another jar.  Definitely a 5 star product.
But...the second jar I bought was not the same.  Thicker consistency.  Slower absorption and the product left a my skin feeling like a layer was still on my skin. Not the dewy feeling of the first jar.  
What happened?  I would not recommend this product this product now.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The consistency of the moisturizer is very thick and creamy. I have very dry skin so I thought it would be great for my skin but I noticed that it took ages for the product to absorb. I always felt like I had a thick layer on for a very long time so wearing this at nighttime was a no-go. Initially I did wear it at night and my pillow case would always get ruined. Since it is thicker, you do need more product and I would recommend warming it up on your hands before applying it so it goes on smoother. I tried this cream for two weeks and it broke me out so I stopped after that. The cream does that a light scent; it almost smells like Nivea or Olay and I didn't mind it at all. I wish I had something positive to say about this product but I wouldn't recommend it at all.

not that great

This has always been my go to moisturizer when my skin is irritated from product or weather. I always found it calmed and soothed my skin.  This is no longer a moisturizer for sensitive, irritated skin, which is what it claims to be.
