Honestly, this is my favorite blaster I purchased. This blaster has such a high rate of Fire and shoots very well too. Highly recommend to those who don't mod or like to have fun!

Love this thing! 
My son has a smaller motorized Nerf gun but he wants someone to play with. Got this to be able to play with him and start random Nerf wars. His is takes 2 AA batteries and is pretty quiet. This take 4 C batteries and won't allow you to sneak up on anyone. It doesn't take long to wind up but once it is up to speed it will unload the entire dart clip quickly. The dart clip can be tough to remove but it may get easier as the button gets pushed more. Holding 18 darts is nice compared to the standard 6-8 in most guns, even the motorized ones. I haven't counted the darts as I've loaded but I think you can get a few more than 18 darts packed in. As others have noted, it does jam on occasion but the jams are easy to clear. Most jams occur when you pull the trigger before the motor is up to speed or release the motor trigger too early. The door on top makes removing the stuck dart easy. We have some guns from other companies and the jams require more effort to remove and tend to permanently bend darts. 

One warning is to watch which type of darts you use. The standard rubber tipped darts that come with this (and competitors' products) don't fly  100% straight but don't hurt. We've loaded some of the Accustrike darts (the flat tipped ones designed to fly farther and straighter) and this gun gets some speed and sting behind them. 

Overall, I would buy this again and am seriously considering another for my daughter to protect herself from and participate in our chaos.

Great price on a strong Nerf Blaster

Awesome nerf gun. Full auto is great but u will empty ur clip very fast. Needs to come with an extra clip. Great blaster tho.

I really like the high rate of fire and indoor-appropriate dart velocity, but the magazine jammed a lot... fortunately, I have extra 18 round mags.

Very fast automatic air gun. I did not realize it took batteries during purchase. It would be nice if it came with a second magazine since it already had the bullets for two magazines.

i gave thia 4 starts simply because of the $20 price. if the gun had a retractable stock and my other magazines didn't jam while shooting this, Id give it 5 starts. You basically have to use the magazine provided or they will jam on you. also, the magazine release button is in an awkward place and very hard to press in, unless you turn it on its side and use your thumb, which can take the fun experience out of Nerf battles.

Solid blaster; high rate of fire, small profile, lots of options for customization. Something to note is that the magazine release is difficult to press and makes removing magazines difficult, not a big complaint but something to keep in mind when purchasing

I ordered 4 of these to start a club. 

All 4 had really stiff mag releases. I whittled the mag-lock(the part that keeps the mags in the blaster) down with just a pocket knife and fixed that problem. However, I made one so loose that you can pull the mag out without using the mag release button.

2 of the 4 worked just as expected after that! 4/5 for those two due to consumer intervention. 

One of the blasters is weird in that when you pull the trigger to fire one shot, it cycles until you let go of the rev trigger, ammo or not. with exception to that, it preforms as expected. 3/5 - 

the other blaster is weird in that it's trigger catches. you aren't able to pull the trigger far enough back to fire off a round unless you put so much force into it that it snaps past its block. other than that, the blaster preforms as expected. Difficult and frustrating to play with. 2/5

Be aware! can be really really good.

The toy itself was safe but the packaging was kindve.. upsetting and makes wrapping difficult. It came in a big box but who've shipped it bent the actual toy box in half???and shoved it into a box which caused shipping issues. Like I said toy itself is fine but yaknow... could easily not be the next time.

The Nerf Elite 2.0 Turbine CS-18 Blaster is a giant piece of garbage.  After getting it ready to use, it jams on every other dart.  We spent an hour getting it to function correctly, and I think we've been able to get it to fire correctly about 1 time.  Save yourself the time and frustration, and just purchase another nerf gun.

DO NOT BUY THIS DEFECTIVE PIECE OF CRAP
