[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the basket is made of stainless steel. I didn't want a plastic basket. it's bigger than I thought it would be but it's not an issue for me. It also runs much quieter than my smaller percolator. I would definitely buy it again.

Nice looking. Bought this for our community coffee hour. Displays beautiful. Easy to operate and has a light to show when ready. Only thing hard to find filters as I like filters just for precaution so no grounds drop.

Absolutely wonderful

Beautiful stainless steel...cleans up easily with no spotting. The coffee stays hot. Makes GREAT tasting coffee with no aluminum aftertaste. Purchased for showers, parties, school functions. Excellent buy.

This coffee urn makes a good pot of coffee and keeps it piping hot, which is a must for me! I also love the feature that shows at a glance how much coffee is left in the pot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lights turn off in the middle of brewing and don't turn on even after unplugging and trying reset. No matter how strong we tried to make the coffee it only made thin coffee. Will be returning.

Looks great, but poor function

This has leaked since we took it out of the box. So we put it back in the box and it's going back.
