I've researched buying another and came back to this one due to ease of use. Easiest and least expensive way to make jerky when I'm on keto. Only one knob. Mechanics are on top of the unit. More trays make this one better. Clean up is simple. A quick scour under the faucet. Racks are too high to sit vertically in the dishwasher but meat separates easily so it's less hassle to hand wash. Makes the best ground beef jerky with 93 percent lean meat and an online recipe. Buy the jumbo gun. Attractive unit with a white noise hum.

first, it clearly states on the box, made in the USA, when it is not, says made in china on the machine, all the racks are bowed, even the ones for liquids, not happy at all and no way to contact the seller. tried to take pics of the racks, but cant get a good angle so you can see the bowed rack part.
