I bought this mainly for jerky and I liked the fact it came with the jerky gun and accessories but it is great for drying fruits as well. Great product and good price.

I love the dehydrator! It works great. The only thing I didn't like is that it didn't come with the packets of seasonings. I got 2 not 4 and they were the same flavor. They were good though. This the 5 stars. I would order again!

Replacing one I have had for close to 15 yrs.

Works great just becarefull with the caulking gun its made kinda cheap and it cleans up nice in the sink!! It's great for a beginner just to let you know i used 73-27 ground beef it held 3lbs i put the raw material in a circular ring patteren which gave me 3 rings per tray and took 10 hours tip the inner ring i would pull off at 8 hour the middle at 9 the outer 10hrs and have lots of paper towels to soak up all the grease!

Good product

I like the size. I dislike that the heating element melted the vent and quit working. The unit ran for less than two hours then quit working.

I could have worked

Looking forward to using the item, just received today, Sunday 12/20/20. From reading other reviews, hoping it will work for what we need, jerky! Came in a large Walmart box, no manufacturer's box or packaging. All items were loose in the box. received 2, not 4 of each, only total of 2 seasoning packets, unmarked packets. "Gun" with 3 attachments was included, along with 4 trays as specified. Instructions booklet as well. Maybe someone wants to keep/use the other packets? Opens box and re-packs the vital items...?? Odd. It is for my use, not a gift. If it was to be a gift, since there was no original packaging, it would look really odd to "give" in the way it was re-packaged. But, still hoping it is as good as others have reviewed it to be.  If it is for a gift, contact Walmart to ask that all items are shipped as advertised, and that it all comes in the original, un-opend box Walmart no doubt warehouses these in. I bet you will then receive all the seasoning packets?

Ask Walmart to ship in original manufacture's

This is the third one i had to return two. The last one last  one day.  6 trays of peppers went to waist.  Never again.  If you have one i hope you keep the receipt for the full year or two.

Garbage

The machine is loud and annoying especially when it has to be on all day. After 14 hours to dry out some chicken. The thing sparked when I turned it off. I guess you get what you pay for.
