Awesome little skillet for 1 or 2 people.  it will hold 3 chicken breast. or 1 big Tbone steak 2 grilled cheese  at same time. 
Ive cooked  chicken, steak, fried rice and eggs and grilled cheese

powercord is easy to plug in and stays and you get different temperatures. Handles stay cool to the touch.  Highly recommend.

Marvelous small skillet, especially for times when cooking for myself. It's nice to use this appliance rather than healing up the stove or oven. It's been great to prepare eggs, slow bake a roast with veggies or grill a cheese sandwich. Easy to clean and store in my not-so-big cabinets. I enjoy using it and hope it lasts for many years.

A One/Two-Person Appliance Need

perfect size for amall servings.  a couple of eggs, a pork chop, a burger patty, a grilled cheese sandwich for example.  heats quickly and is easy to clean.  much smaller footprint  than my regular skillet and has the same temp. adjustable range.  very happy with the performance of this little skillet.

This is cute little gadget for one person.  Fry and egg, do some hashbrowns, sautee veggies, pancakes.  I'm glad I bought it.  It's very small but like like I said, good for one person household.

Small but a good little multitasker

This small skillet is nice for one person or when you only need a small one. Seems to heat well and hold the temperature. I've only used it one time, so not sure of it's durability. Easy to cleanup after use.

Nice Small Skillet

This is perfect for a single person living in a small place.  I use it for cooking and for heating leftovers.  Itis great for toast, grilled cheese sandwiches, chicken nuggets and many other foods that require reheating.  Small and perfect for me.

I love my new Nesco 8" electric skillet because it cooks my variety of meals evenly and can take my 2 or 3 times per day use. The temp gage is accurate and I don't have to "watch" it but I do mix my food at least once as needed, too. I've cooked a brownie w/oatmeal, chow mien (home made), potatoes w/bell peppers,  white chicken small pieces and brown rice w/veggies and chicken. My meals are non-dairy, non-red meat. I do use oil on it prior to use and treat it like my cast iron skillet.

I love the Nesco skillet and highly recommend!

This is a dandy compact electric skillet and has worked well for small items such as keeping dips and other small dishes warm. The very reason I wanted the 8 inch electric skillet was to take to parties, work and serving my lobster shrimp bisque for the holidays.  Very nice quality and you can't go wrong ordering from Walmart vs other retailers.

Love my mini electric skillet.

This skillet worked perfectly for me.  I plugged it in, set the temp for 325degrees and put my single meal in the pan.  The pan worked as well as a full sized elec skillet and heated my food in about 5 minutes.  

I bought this to take to camp (camp food is either not good or there's not enough for everyone when it is good).   The skillet looks small but is actually 8" across (glad I didn't order the 6" skillet).  The skillet was easy to clean and goes easily back in the box, which has a carry handle. 

I was going to buy a  hot plate and small fry pan, but the diffence in price was crazy!  So this was a great purchase for me:  in one small package I have a means for heating food.  Had I gone for the hot plate and pan, it would take up a LOT more space.

Perfect for single meals

This little skillet is the perfect size for those of us who live alone!! I have had mine for a couple years and really like it.  Going from a gas stove to an electric appliance, was a bit of a relearning curve.  I bought this one for my sister.  I would highly recommend it.

Small Electric Skillet

The skillet had a defective plug going into the skillet.  Every time I stirred the food the plug would disconnect at the skillet end.  It didn't fall out completely but enough to break the connection. I had to do this over and over again.  I returned the skillet.
