This is just what I needed and the price was reasonable compared to similar kettles.  It looks good on the counter, boils water quickly and has an automatic shutoff.  It's also easy to fill and the top and it has a push down lock that ensures it won't fall off while pouring the hot water.

Love it. Lid takes off so i can easily fill. Glass do i can see. Handle not stainless so no fingerprints.  Very fast and silent operation. Only fingertips easily seen on lid and need wiping often.

Love it!

When I want ice tea, I used to get out pan, fill it with water and put it on the burner.  Pouring the hot water into the pitcher wasn't easy.  This water kettle makes it sooooo easy.  It boils quickly, turns off automatically and is easy to pour.  I would definitely recommend it.

Water kettle

I just purchased this kettle to replace one that served me well for over 15 years. I was looking for a beautiful yet efficient and relatively quiet model in this size and this kettle achieves all that. We love it.

This is a basic electric teapot that heats water super fast-full pot to boiling in about 6-7 minutes. I use it to make hot tea in the morning (although, I usually turn it off a bit before it's at a rolling boil so it's hot enough to steep tea, but not so hot that I have to wait too long for it to cool down enough to drink!). It's also helpful to boil water faster (than a pot on the stove) when making pasta.

Basic Electric Teapot-heats water very fast!

Had 2 electric kettles before this one and it was so hard to clean the inside because lids were attached and stainless steal was hard to clean. Love the glass and detachable lid on this one. Could have a better pour spout but it's doable. Hope it lasts at least 2 years.

Easy to clean

Use it for boiling eggs, pasta, heating water for steaming veggies and making herbal tea. Nice design and glass construction. Lid is removable with the pop of a button.

Handy kettle

I was looking for an all glass electric tea kettle with stainless steel and very little plastic.  I thought I had found it. NOPE  The plastic push bottom lid is removable -which I like BUT  when I looked inside there is a silicone ring gasket that will come in contact with the water when its heated. I called the company first before I decided to send back.  My concern was the silicone.  They could only say the gasket is for a tight seal and has to be there. This might be the idea kettle for most but not for me.
