[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sister-in-law has a Nespresso Aeroccino 3, and after using hers just once, I immediately knew I wanted one of my own. I was so delighted to know that Nespresso makes a standalone milk frother for lattes and cappuccinos! 

It's incredibly easy to use, heats and froths milk beautifully, and I love that I can make my own lattes at home, with almost no effort, and little (to no!) clean-up afterward.

My Mornings Just Got Better!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We buy sleeves of Nespresso pods for both home and office. At the office, meetings for 3-5 people held in the small conference room means everyone gets a special coffee with all the fixings. They love it, we love it, we can't ever run out!

Home and office delight!

I've had this frother for about two years and love how it elevates every coffee. Within the past 4 months it has started burning the milk at the bottom of the vessel and is incredibly difficult to clean the way a frying pan that's lost its coating acts. Based on the most recent reviews I will not be purchasing it again.

Works great until it doesn't

I purchased an earlier Aeroccino model (4192) in August 2020. It quickly became my favorite appliance because it kept me from burning milk on the stove. Unfortunately, it stopped working this February 2026 (blinking red lights). I tried troubleshooting it but couldn't get it to work again.

However, the new model has a design flaw: the buttons are located on the frother unit itself. This means you have to hold the frother while pressing the button, since its placement makes it prone to tipping over. In contrast, the previous design had the buttons on the base, which prevented this issue and allowed for one-handed operation.

I will have to wait until the design flaw is fixed before I purchase again.

Please bring back the buttons on the base

Nespresso Canada

We've owned this product for barely a year and it has already broken. What makes it worse is that you've chosen to use proprietary fasteners on the bottom of the product which make it incredibly difficult to diagnose and fix the problem. Effectively you've taken away the consumer's right to repair. You are contributing to our wasteful throwaway culture. Note - our family has an older model of  this product which didn't have these issues.

Shame on you Nespresso...

I bought the frother and coffee maker set and the frother quit working after a couple of uses.  I don't recommend this product.  Now I have to go and get a different type of frother.  Nespresso doesn't help with the replacement or anything of that sort!

DON'T BUY!

So far 2 of the same product bought directly new from Nespresso broke and the same issue. It won't spin and heat the milk or froth. I thought the first one was maybe something I did but now both are broken with the same exact issue so not a user error. Now I don't have my latte in the morning and I don't feel encouraged buying another one just to break again!

2 products broke the same way. Disappointed & sad

Got the pop+ with this with it for Christmas last year and the machine didn't last a year but was great! This frother though is not good at all. Dangerous even. It burns the milk 8 times out of 10 uses but after a couple months with daily use it became dangerous. It smelt like an electrical fire and the milk was actually gray and the bottom layer was black!!! It had never done that before! I smelt electrical before the milk had stopped frothing and I immediately unplugged. I tried to get that black off and it's truly BURNT to it and won't come off. After every use I scrub the bottom w cool water and a scrubby due to a bit of milk residue after every use. I never used it again... Hot milk is not worth burning down the house so be careful.

I would never order this again.
