I have had my Breville Nespresso machine for about 3 years now so I feel it is fair to give my two cents. I have not ONCE had any issues with this machine. It consistently brews amazing drinks and I love the simplicity of it. Very easy to use. My only suggestion is to descale your machine often, and make sure you are keeping up with regular maintenance!! It's a very simple process but takes about 15 mins in total. I cannot recommend this machine more!

Recently upgraded from the Inissia to the Creatista Plus—life-changing, to be dramatically accurate. Love the ability to select beverage types (looking at you, flat white) instead of just volume, not to mention the lightning-fast heat-up time. And steaming ‘milk' with the steam wand? The taste + texture difference versus the Aeroccino has intensified my caffeine experience a little too much. The only downside to this machine is that it's got me drinking more coffee. Re-com-mend!

Fantastic capuchinho machine. Milk comes out very frothy. Easy to clean. I use baby oil to keep the machine shiny and without finger prints. My husband and I recommend strongly!

This is my third Nespresso machine, my second Original. Although I loved my Essenza mini and the Aerrocino 4 milk frother, the Creatista plus is from another world. I just love this belle machine, choosing exactly how its coffee is a must, seeing it in action makes me smile. She has been tested a lot since her purchase, I would say that the only extra thing in my routine with the Creatista plus, is that I do an extra cycle to purge the nozzle, because otherwise the milk can block with just one purge (this happened to us) so two steam nozzle purges and hop tasted!

This machine is seriously life changing. If you're serious about Nespresso this is the answer to your prayers! I've had mine for the past six months and use it three times a day. The water tank is generous. I love the fact it tells you when to clean it as well. As with all stainless steel appliances it's fingerprint city. Wiping on a bit of WD40 to the brushed stainless steel and removing the excess with a paper towel makes for a smudge proof finish.

The Dream Machine

I purchased this machine after my current Nespresso machine was beyond any repair. I love the look and the multiple coffee selection button. The milk wand is a nice feature,however I find the Aerochino works better and is easier to keep clean.

Sleek Machine,great coffees!

It WAS a great machine before it broke in less than 6 months. Ridiculous amount of money for it to break that easy. I shouldn't have to send it off to get fixed and go two weeks without coffee within 6 months of purchasing. Oh and of course they offer to send you a new machine to replace but surprise - there's none in stock. What a joke.

Don't Waste Your Money

This was a fantastically easy machine to use, until it broke...we had this for 2 years, and then while brewing an espresso, we heard a loud, "POP," then saw and smelled smoke coming out of the back of the machine. Unfortunately, Breville only services appliances in Europe..we're trying to jump through hoops to have it serviced here in the U.S., hopefully through Nespresso. However, we can't recommend this to others, as this process has not been easy, and the machine did not last as long as we expected, particularly for such an expensive machine.

Disappointedly Short Machine Life

I bought this machine 3 days ago and the coating on the select knob is already falling off with light use (how many coffees can I possibly make in a few days). It is ridiculous for such cheap quality of a machine that's worth almost $1,000. My last machine worked for 7-8 years and it was fine. Given the first few days of use, I have my reservation on how long this machine will last and keep its good look. I must say I am extremely disappointed.
