[Employee of walmartcanada] I wanted a device that can make lattes, didn't require too much maintenance and this one fit the bill. So far it's working well. I throw the milk frother parts into hot soapt water right after use as I've seen reviews that this breaks frequently.

Really enjoy my machine. One question, if you use the devices milk cleaning process why do you still have to put the milk processing parts in the dishwasher?

Great, but ….

I would have liked to use almond or oat milk but it was only when I read the leaflet that I saw that it did not work. It was too late to turn the machine around and come back with a pixie and a foamer. I also feel like the included milk frother won’t last that long.

A little disappointed

What an awful machine.  The instructions make no grammatical sense whatsoever, the images do not align themselves with the actual machine.  The frother does not froth at all.  But, what's more upsetting ... is having to pack it up, send it back, and wait for a refund!!!  This is an awful machine, do not waste your time. (ps. why does water flow out after the failed milk frother)

Infuriating waste of time

this product is terrible. i have had to replace this machine 4 times in the last 6 months. It works for a month, then tells you it needs a descale, as soon as the descaling is done the machine stops working. all the lights flash, and you have to spend an hour on the phone with the machine assistance team and all they will do is send out a new machine. do not recommend this product at all. I previously had to citiz machines and never had a problem with them for years.

terrible machine

The thing makes great coffee and lattes and all. The major downside is that it will automatically scale. It's been drinking filtered water for the last 3 months and it needs descaling already. Doesn't make any sense. You can't skip the scaling and it takes forever. It even gets stuck in this mode if you make a mistake and don't follow the very strict protocol. Worst Nespresso machine ever, will go back to the good ol' Pixie by Breville that doesn't require a princess's treatment.

I wish I could say this is a great machine... but I can't.  I preciously had the Lattissima Touch and I prefer the other one.
This one does not get the water hot enough to have a nice hot coffee.  It's warm at best. 
I really wish I could get my other machine back and send this one back.  I love Nespresso but very dissatisfied with this machine :(

I wish I could love it

Bought this machine in December 2019 to replace another Nespresso machine that died within 3 years.  We're now in October 2020 and this machine's milk frother and dispenser had completely died.  We clean it after every use and don't even use the milk function terribly often (twice a week on average).  Now we're stuck going through the repair process, not knowing how long this one will last either.  Lots of money for a terribly short lifespan.

Broken milk frother

I bought this machine a year and a half ago and I only had problems. The steam system to froth the milk really doesn’t work well, and I had to have it repaired twice to date. When is the third time? I feel like I’ve stumbled upon a lemon, and I dream of being able to trade it for a CitizMilk with an independent Aerocino foamer (much cheaper, by the way).

A very disappointing lemon

This machine has been very disappointing.  After one month of use it stopped working, no water flowing through machine.  A repair was arranged and the flowmeter was replaced.  The service centre returned it without the original box I had shipped it in.  I should have returned the machine at that time and regret that decision. A week ago it started pouring only a very small shot.  Next the descaling light came on so I used the Nespresso descaling product and followed the procedure.  Now the descaling light is still on and it is pouring the right amount of water only about half of the time.  I do not recommend this machine and am trying to get through to the club to return it.
