I can not rate with experience of using it myself. But I know from experience that family and friends love the ones they own

Great gift to give for Christmas

Compact, light and with a strong enough pump to give decent expresso for lattes or Americano. This is our 2nd one of these machines, the pump gave out after 4 yrs of constant use, which seemed to be fair for the price. Good price and reliable and consistent coffee.

Mini Machine

Essentially positive: nice object, small footprint, easy use (important details for Madame), wide choice of quality coffees, low price of capsules if you are looking for well, device made in Switzerland rather than in China (it is fun), packaging completely recyclable and without glue. Negative: The ease with which the discovered box of 14 capsules can be stolen in store, because the boxes are not sealed. Unfortunately, when I bought my Pixie from Canadian Tire, I didn’t realize that the discovered box might be missing. What was not my disappointment when I opened the box: no capsules to taste my first Nespresso!!! I later saw that a small window in the cardboard showed if the discovered box was present. Please, future buyers, check this point yourself, because the store does not!!! Total, I paid for 14 capsules that I didn't get. I don't know how to get them, I'm launching an SOS to customer service by thanking it in advance.

I love my Pixie (but not the store)

I discovered this little machine in a hotel and decided to buy me one for the house so the coffee was excellent! I'd never do without it again. The coffee flavors available are succulent and varied.

Happiness every morning

love it. id buy it anytime, again and again. Its relaible and silent.

I had to turn the machine, no crema, and especially not the taste to which I am accustomed. With the same capsules I expected a similar taste. I had to pay the return shipping because I had tested the machine purchased on the Nespresso website. This is my 3rd Nespresso machine and this time I am very disappointed I don't know what to think about the quality of the product offered. I'm waiting for my refund.

This is my third Nespresso machine in 20 years.  The only one I am not happy with.  Just purchased today.  Not getting crema for some reason.  And it drips for quite awhile after making the coffee

No happy

I bought this machine recently but the amount of coffee varies considerably upon each use.  The Essenza mini (the model of my other two machines) is much more consistent than this one - and I would have bought another but it looks like they are no longer available.  I tried calling the 1-855 machine trouble shooting number, but the man who answered was loud and impatient and I felt ridiculed, honestly.  Very condescending.  It was a very weird experience.  I guess he was having a bad day or hates female customers.  Anyway, I tried factory reset, etc., etc., even conducting a little experiment to see if different amounts in the water canister would affect the amount that came out.  The machine is just all over the place and it looks like I am stuck with it.  No local Nespresso shop here, so I can't return it in person.  Win some, lose some, I guess.
