Great product, but clean regularly I had another Nespresso and after 2.5 years it began making loud noises. The cleaning instructions were not clear on that one. This new machine outlines it well, be sure to do regularity for longevity of the product. Highly recommend this device very tasty coffee

Great product - be sure to clean regularly

Nespresso replaced it under warranty and the replacement machine lasted even less time before failing. If you search online for customer complaints about the Next machines, you'll see that my experience is common. Unfortunately, Nespresso has since released three other models that are based on the Next design so they seem committed to it despite customer problems. I haven't tried any of these (the Pop, Lattisima and Creatista) but would be concerned about longevity, particularly with the latter two since they are quite expensive machines.

Ive had this coffee machine for 4 years. It produces consistent espresso shots. I find it an enjoyable experience to make my morning coffee with this machine. I also like the size of it, considering I have a small kitchen with limited space. I like its sleek black color. The water reservoir does need to be filled often but its not an issue. It it worth the splurge!

Coffe at home is a ritual for me. As a 40+ Italian mom living in California, this moment is literally sacred!
The Nespresso Vertuo is super easy to use: it heats up quickly and makes a rich, smooth coffee with a beautiful crema that brings me back to my italian caffetteria!

I love having different pod options wheter I want a specific intensity or a special flavor, also the machine itself looks elegant and modern on my counter.

A luxury moment any time of the day

I absolutely love my nespresso machine. I love coffee but don’t consider myself a coffee snob, so I don’t notice if this espresso is any different from other espresso, but I think it’s great! My favorite pods are Dolce, the new pistachio double espresso, Nola, and the Starbucks Holiday blend from this past winter. Keeps me from buying coffee on the go / overall saves me money! It’s relatively easy to clean, compact, and it is easy to use as well!

One of my favorite investments

The only thing that broke my expensive sbux coffee addiction! I’ve had this machine for a little over two years and have had zero issues. I use it every single day and the nespresso pods are way cheaper than a daily sbux drink and tastes way better! The temperature is always perfect. It has a pod holder so it removes the old pod for you. The machine itself is pretty so it’s not an eye sore on my counter top - not to mention the black is so aesthetically pleasing. So many different pod options from single espresso, double espresso, cup of coffee etc. endless options and flavors!

Save money and get a nespresso!

Coffee is the one thing I think about before I go to bed, weird I know, but the thought of waking up to a creamy, delicious coffee is a helpful motivator for my day. I have tried every coffee maker under the sun and I will ALWAYS go back to nespresso. I have had mine for 7 years now and it has been nothing but great. It’s easy to use, cleans up nicely, and provides the perfect taste of creamy espresso. I seriously recommend this product to everyone in the market for a good coffee that doesn’t break the bank. The best part is, it isn’t hard to use. I used to be a barista so having a good cup of coffee at home is important to me.

Great Coffee without Breaking the Bank💗

My husband bought the Vertuo Pop+ for my birthday gift. The setup instructions were easy to follow & easy to learn. It's a compact machine that packs a mighty punch. I have had to limit myself to 2 cups a day, but it could keep up with several users. I look forward to my espressos & pass on the coffee shops now!

No regrets

Great but only 1 thing stopping 5 stars, Breville for some reason with their coffee machines can never have truly hot coffee. Coffee is more lukewarm, wish that Breville would make a smart screen or a basic setting of 1:Medium 2:Hot 3:Extra hot (use caution) Seriously I just switched from original Nespresso pods with my Breville espresso machine to the Vertuo line and both issues- need to microwave the coffee- come on people please make your machines make hotter coffee. I’ll sign a waiver so I can’t Sue if my coffee is too DARN hot, I just got my machine and I had to microwave my coffee. The bonus is the machine works well aside from the heat of the coffee and is quiet - nice to look at- easy to remove the side reservoirs. Just needs to be hotter. So keep this in mind. Other people say the same thing across the line of these machines for nespresso- so something needs to be calibrated differently or something….

Nespresso USA

We've been using Nespresso Vertuo machines for years now. We've worn out several and had to replace our last model. This one looked like an upgrade but we were wrong. The cappuccino cups we've always used on our other models did not fit on the smaller platform of this one. Also it only has two height adjustments and the option to completely remove the bottom tray. Even with that removed our Yeti travel mugs would not work either.   Very disappointing, especially from Breville. Ultimately we had to take it back and get an ‘older' model.  If cup size is not a concern for you this a much quieter model than others though. The machine is made of plastic, and it does make the coffee getting to plastic taste after being brewed.
