Looks nice. Useful. Heavy. Big size.
This assembling - is a simple nightmare!
Handreds of pieces... not for everyone

Nice, but....

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one.

I purchased this coffee table, expecting a premium product, especially considering that it cost over $500. Unfortunately, after carefully assembling it exactly according to the instructions, I immediately noticed that the two top panels were not aligned properly. One side sits higher than the other, the gaps are uneven, and the overall finish looks defective.

I documented everything with multiple photos from different angles and even measured the height difference to clearly demonstrate the problem. The drawer rails were already factory-installed, so this is not something that I assembled incorrectly.

What disappointed me even more than the product itself was the customer service. Instead of taking responsibility for what appears to be a manufacturing or quality control issue, I was repeatedly told to loosen screws and make adjustments myself. Then I was asked to send more photos, then more explanations, and then even more photos again. It felt like I was being sent in circles instead of receiving a real solution.

As a customer who paid more than $500 for a brand-new coffee table, I should not be expected to troubleshoot factory-installed hardware or modify the product in order to make it acceptable. If the manufacturer believes the issue can be fixed, they should arrange a proper repair or replace the defective item instead of expecting the customer to become their technician.

The entire process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the defect and offering a reasonable resolution, they have continued to shift the responsibility back to the customer.

I expected much better quality and much better after-sales support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the level of customer service I received

I don't recommend
