i will never buy another Neutrogena product I have used this for years and am absolutely devastated; why would you discontinue a product that most stores couldn't keep on the shelfs; it would disappear as fast as they would stock it. I just don't understand big cosmetic companies and how little they know about their customers.
Like I said Neutrogena is now off my list completely

I have been faithfully buying this product for over 15 years. Now I can't find it and it seems to be discontinued 😭😭

Loyal Customer but Discontinued?!

Wow - I'm so impressed by this cleanser. It's gentle on skin but also powerful when it comes to removing eye makeup. I have acne-prone skin and since I've started using this cleanser, I haven't had a single breakout! I've even been able to stop using my acne medication. This is definitely a new favourite for me and I will continue to purchase!

Cleared my skin!

I have been a loyal fan of this product for over 10 years now and am so sad and disappointed that it has been discontinued. It was the best cleanser out there gentle for everyday and removed makeup like nothing else! Please consider bringing this back as I am sure there are many consumers out there that want to continue to purchase this product for many years to come!

Excellent Foaming Cleanser

I have been using this product for years, it's the only one that is gentle enough on my skin and tough enough to remove all my make up. my face always feels clean and fresh after i use this. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone!

gentle but powerful product. takes off every bit of makeup, including waterproof. just as good as a cleanser. truly a life changing product, neutrogena has my heart for this one

sure gentle on my sensitive skin

I have been a strong user of this face wash/ makeup remover for the past 9 years. I have tried many other products before and during the years but nothing works on my skin like this wash from neutrogena. I have even tried the cream liquid one and they all give me break outs . PLEASE BRING BACK

This cleanser does the job...it removes makeup but it's very harsh on dry skin and has a very strong off-putting scent. It leaves my skin dry and parched. Would not recommend for dry skin

HARSH ON DRY SKIN

Tried this product after the face wash I normally use (Neutrogena Healthy Skin Boosters) was discontinued. Immediately noticed a medicinal smell to the product. It stung my face right away and left it feeling stripped of moisture, which led to horribly greasy skin later in the day. Tried it twice, won't use it again.
