Neutrogena Makeup Remover

I bought the All-in-One cleanser when I visited Canada in 2012 and since then my friends have been mailing it to me in the UK. This cleanser is the best I have used and does what it says on the label. It removes every trace of make up, including eye make up, and leaves my skin feeling very clean and smooth. I have contacted Neutrogena in the UK and it is not sold here which is really disappointing! I know there are many other makers of cleansing lotions here in England but this one is by far my favourite .

Fabulous Cleanser!

I love this product! The value for the money is excellent and it is now my product of choice. It does what it's supposed to do: remove all kinds of makeup - eye, waterproof, and foundation - without having to rub and irritate and pull at delicate areas.

A great product for my sensitive skin

This is hands down the best product I have ever used. I use heavy eye-makeup (gel eyeliner, primer, multiple shadows, mascara). This makeup remover is effective is removing everything. I mean everything! I will repurchase this product over and over again.

It works well. A little messier than the wipes but I'm trying to cut down on waste; )

Great lotion - removes all makeup in one step, non greasy, doesn't dry the skin.

Does exactly what it promisses

Not top as make-up remover, it must be done twice especially on the eyes, and smell not top! !! Disappointed with my purchase

Cleansing milk

Leaves an oily film and clogs pores. Very poor efficacy and is NOT a cleanser.

Leaves residue

I've been using this to remove my tinted sunscreen at the end of the day. It burns so bad I have to wash it off immediately and use a different cleanser. I've tried it with different sunscreens and makeup and always the same, burning result on my cheeks, eyes, and neck. I purchased because it said non-irritating but safe to say I am irritated. Still feel it burning around my eyes as I lie in bed now.
