i absolutely adore these sneakers... they're really comfortable to walk in and they're super cute as well! the color i chose (the pink one) is a bit more on the purple-y pink-y side but its still cute. only critique is that they run a tad bit small.. i ordered a size 7 (same size as my 550s that fit perfect) and my skin rubs up against the tip of the shoe 99% of the time which makes it very awkward to walk in from time to time. ive never owned 740s before so maybe i just have to break them in or get used to it, either way its a bit annoying.

This shoe is everything I want out of a shoe. Very styleish and comfortable. I wore it to my son's soccer game a received many compliments on the shoe. I was so encouraged by the comfort I purchased a model 1000 and it did not disappoint. I am now in the market for the 1906 and more colors of the 1000. thank you for producing a great shoe.

My new go to brand

I originally bought them for the slick color way but after being on my feet and walking with them, they cushion like a dream. Highly recommended for style and comfort.

These 740's are super comfortable

Love these New Balance white and black sneakers.  I saw them on one of the Peliton instructors and had to order them.   They look great and feel great.   Love them for my weight training.   They look great with a casual outfit as well.

White and bright

Great sneaker. I always buy New Balance because my podiatrist recommended them and they fit with my orthotics. This time, however, the left foot seems to be short. My big toe keeps hitting the front of the shoe.  Very disappointing. I have a trip coming up which means lots of walking and hope I am not going to be in pain.

Comfortable but size is not always consistent

I wear a woman’s size 9 1/2 wide to size 10 wide women’s shoes. I always have a problem purchasing women’s shoes because of the fact that they are usually not wide enough for my feet. So I usually purchase men’s sneakers for the width. I purchased these shoes, loving the color in the design and everything about ithem

🔥 I love these

Rubs at the top of my left foot, at the opening where the laces begin, forcing me to tie it a little less tightly than the right. Otherwise, the shoes have kept my feet in cool in this 90 degree-plus heat and are a great value.

740 Review

It's a cute pair of shoes and I get complimented on it. However less than a month of wearing it, I've noticed stitching coming out, forming a hole in one of the shoes. I've only worn them as walking shoes, nothing extraneous.

Cute shoes, need better manufacturing

Worst shoes ever. They are very hard and do not bend or flex with your foot at all. I have sores all over my feet around my ankle on my heel and on my toes. I tried tying the laces looser, I tried tying the laces tighter, I tried taking the laces out of the last hole in the shoe, nothing worked. When I returned from my walks, my feet are in excruciating pain. I would never purchase these again!

WORST SHOES EVET!

I bought this pair of 5.5W shoes and tried them on at the New Balance store in Colombia, and they fit perfectly. But when I bought them from New Balance USA, the size was tighter, and the shoes didn't fit me well. I wasted my money.
