i absolutely adore these sneakers... they're really comfortable to walk in and they're super cute as well! the color i chose (the pink one) is a bit more on the purple-y pink-y side but its still cute. only critique is that they run a tad bit small.. i ordered a size 7 (same size as my 550s that fit perfect) and my skin rubs up against the tip of the shoe 99% of the time which makes it very awkward to walk in from time to time. ive never owned 740s before so maybe i just have to break them in or get used to it, either way its a bit annoying.

This shoe is everything I want out of a shoe. Very styleish and comfortable. I wore it to my son's soccer game a received many compliments on the shoe. I was so encouraged by the comfort I purchased a model 1000 and it did not disappoint. I am now in the market for the 1906 and more colors of the 1000. thank you for producing a great shoe.

My new go to brand

I originally bought them for the slick color way but after being on my feet and walking with them, they cushion like a dream. Highly recommended for style and comfort.

These 740's are super comfortable

I really needed some new gym shoes (for lifting, not running) and these are great! They have enough support and cushion that my plantar fasciitis doesn't act up but they aren't wobbly at all. They feel very stable. One thing is if you aren't wearing socks with cushion on the ankle, they can chafe a bit, but that has seemed to go away with wear. Very cute!

Great Cute Gym Shoes!

I love these shoes. They’re ridiculously comfortable. So comfortable that I actually forget I’m wearing them until I look down and think, “Wow, my feet look so fly right now.” Also, the sizing is spot-on, no complaints there. 

However, I do manage to regularly roll my ankle while wearing them. Every. Single. Day. Not in a dramatic “order me an x-ray” way. Just in a subtle whoopsie-roll that mildly inconveniences me and is enough to humiliate me in public. 

If you can work past the regular ankle rolling, these shoes are definitely for you. They have taught me two valuable lessons: always stay humble, and strengthen your stabilizer muscles.

New Balance AU

Great sneaker. I always buy New Balance because my podiatrist recommended them and they fit with my orthotics. This time, however, the left foot seems to be short. My big toe keeps hitting the front of the shoe.  Very disappointing. I have a trip coming up which means lots of walking and hope I am not going to be in pain.

Comfortable but size is not always consistent

I wear a woman’s size 9 1/2 wide to size 10 wide women’s shoes. I always have a problem purchasing women’s shoes because of the fact that they are usually not wide enough for my feet. So I usually purchase men’s sneakers for the width. I purchased these shoes, loving the color in the design and everything about ithem

Overall the shoe is extremely comfortable. My feet do not suffer for fatigue in these shoes. The back support of the shoe is slightly higher than my other new balance which took some re jigging to stop the rub. They also look great, the color combo is fantastic.

Stylish and comfortable

I really wanted to like these, but they are not comfortable. The back of the shoe rubs against your heel and will cause a blister. These are not low sock friendly.  I only walk tested them and they hurt, so I had to return. I can't imagine wearing these for long periods of time nor running in them.

Back rubs against your ankle

Worst shoes ever. They are very hard and do not bend or flex with your foot at all. I have sores all over my feet around my ankle on my heel and on my toes. I tried tying the laces looser, I tried tying the laces tighter, I tried taking the laces out of the last hole in the shoe, nothing worked. When I returned from my walks, my feet are in excruciating pain. I would never purchase these again!
