I have wore New Balance Shoes for a great number of years. These shoes are comfortable and I like the style. I prefer the leather type shoes and wish New Balance would update their walking shoes for us older buyers and have a bigger selection of leather styles.

New Balance US

I’m really happy with my New Balance WX608v5 shoes. They are extremely comfortable right out of the box and provide great support for everyday wear. The leather material makes them very easy to wipe clean, which I love. The color is also really nice and goes with just about everything. Overall, a great, comfortable shoe that I would definitely buy again!

Very happy

I got these for my mom. She loves them. these were a birthday present. She had gotten those prior in white with purple and these were white with pink, which is what she wanted next, thank you new balance for having these available. I did have to get them from new balance directly, but I was happy that I did that instead of any other channel.

Great shoes

I bought these shoes in high school and wore them for 2 or 3 years before I messed them up while mud riding. I wore them everyday while walking around campus and in gym and they were very comfortable and held great condition until I ruined them one night lol. I bought them again when I started a job as a waitress so obviously I was standing and walking for hours, again were comfortable all day and held great condition for 3 years until I got a new job so I threw those away and guess what… bought the same pair again to start fresh at my new job at a vet clinic where I am again walking and standing all day. Love these shoes and I will probably have a pair at all times for the rest of my life even not for work bc they are also just very cute imo. 100% recommend these shoes for anyone and any activity. Also fit true to size I am a size 8 women’s and they fit perfectly.

WX608v5 Review

The white with purple trim 608v5 is a very supportive and comfortable shoe. I can wear them all day and my feet are in comfort. I recommend this product as a superior athletic shoe.

Supportive and Comfortable

I wore these shoes around the house one afternoon, then headed outside. I've been walking for weeks now, 4 to 8 miles per day in great comfort: no rubbing, no irritation... no wondering if I'd bought the right product -- these are great!

Walk much?

This pair of shoes are very well made- quality leather. I love the purple logo. They’re very comfortable but this is a heavier shoe. It has a little more weight than the running shoes I’m used to. This shoe is perfect for long walks. IMO the shoe does run a little big. I’m an 8.5wide, I could’ve purchased an 8 wide

Comfortable heavier shoe

I bought the 608v5 shoes to replace an old pair of New Balance cross trainers that are no longer made. Unfortunately these were not a good replacement as they were much heavier, the toe box was narrower in relation to the midfoot (ie. the midfoot was a bit too wide for me but the toe box was a but snug. You can see that the toe box on these shoes is weirdly pointy (which is not how most feet are shaped!). I also found the cuff around the ankle to be too stiff which made it uncomfortable to lace the shoes tightly (for exercising). I also found the Candied Violet colorway to sadly be more muted and not as bright as the pictures online. I returned them and the hunt continues!

Not a good fit for me

My husband and I have worn NB shoes for many years and were loyal to your brand because they are or were made in America. His favorite pair is the 608. However, the pair I ordered through New Balance  were made in Indonesia and I could tell right away that the quality isn’t the same. I’m very disappointed about that and hope that NB will bring their manufacturing back to America.

Make them in the USA again

After looking at 2 shoe companies and now New Balance this shoe also does not fit well. I wish the shoe companies would keep the same product over the years. IU will need to return this show and go to another shoe store compmany recommended by a firend.

Though wide it is not fitting well. Will return.
