Does not look the same as in the photo. However, computer recognizes it as a Dell battery and it works so far.  That's all that matters for now.  I paid more for this battery thinking it's OEM, let's just hope it is.  
Pros:  Fast delivery, seems to be a comparably good product, and it works!
Cons:  None so far.  Happy with the purchase.

Other reviews on this item from Swing Computer seem out of wack. This product says Dell right on the bottom.  There is a card enclosed in the package with a note that there may be a sticker over the logo and there was, but I guess others did not read the insert.  This product arrived before the promised date.  I replaced old dead battery with this new Dell battery. The computer recognizes this battery as authentic and though it has only just arrived, so far it is working fine.  This purchase saved me hundreds of dollars not having to replace my laptop. Thanks, Swing Computer. It is always so nice to do business with a reputable company.  I would buy from them again and I recommend this product. It works as expected and arrived early. Excellent seller experience.

Fast shipping and east install. So far it is holding the charge hours longer than the dead one I removed. Very satisfied!

Well the description says “genuine dell battery” and thats not what I got. I paid $20 more for this because it was supposed to be dell brand. Also said two day shipping and it took a week.

Paid twice as much as a non-Dell battery, item specified as new but did not arrive in the Dell factory packaging.   Likely to return it.

Worst service. Firstly the item arrived late and then it wasn't a dell battery…it's swarey brand.
