I gave the Yoga program to my caregiver for a Christmas gift, and it has not been used yet so i am not able to give an answer.

Ive only been doing the wii fit and I guess I got bored with it and it wasnt doing me any good anymore. I got this game and its actually doing me some good. Im so sore and I actually sweated. I get a good workout with this game. I feel good afterward too. I will be getting more from new u.

Great game for a workout

I have been using this for about a month now and I have seen major results in my flexabilty and even my breathing. What I really like is the fact that the instructors are actually people and not cartoon characters like other fitness games on the market. You can also choose what areas you wish to focus on such as flexabilty, weight loss, back pain or losing your belly to name a few. I also appreciate the fact that it is both pilates AND yoga. I would recommend this game to friends; I like to use it as a warm up before zumba or as a cool down after a long day...
