We bought this cooler and it worked great for three months. After three months, it started to malfunction and auto shut-off it's pump. I do not recommend this cooler.

Don't Purchase This Cooler

Just a little bit more than a month, the fucooler/humidifier function keep shutting down and the Newair's customer told me the water pump needs to be replace.

I should have read  the review before buying it

Do not buy it

instead of brand new item, reconditioned or refurbished one was received with no manual and proper (original) box.  I'm returning back to them.
