Not only was the shipping significantly delayed, but the quality is really subpar. Boards don't really fit together properly, things won't hammer flesh, and I've had it less than a month and parts are already showing signs of aging (think sub-par Ikea quality). It looks nice when it's all together, but the quality is really disappointing - the actual base of the bed is floating, and held together by a few parts and it's already starting to come apart - the screws are really flimsy.

I reached out to the company regarding some parts that needed replacement and never heard back. If it wasn't so time-consuming to put together I would return it.
