Absolutely love this setup. It's rock solid and quite heavy, which helps hold the wheel in place. I use an 8Nm wheel, so I can't speak to the stability of the platform beyond that. I did buy some rubber caster wheels with locks off of Amazon (look for ones with an 8mm screw top) and they work perfect. The rubber grip of the wheels helps them hold on to hard surfaces as well as carpet and makes moving the entire platform much easier. You can also buy them from NLR's website, but I was looking for something cheap. I recommend this as it's really inconvenient to move this thing around without them.

Huge improvement over version 1. Stand is more robust and simpler to assemble.  There is also a higher quality fit finish with all parts nicely sanded to remove burrs and rough edges. Highly recommended for a budget wheel stand.

Perfectly fits Fanatec Clubsport Racing F1 setup

Super solid wheelstand with my 8nm direct drive wheel and load cell pedals. It comes mostly pre-assembled which is a huge positive vs other cheaper stands, and you can tell the metal quality and thickness is legit. There's an occasional creak with heavy force feedback, but no noticeable flexing. There's a ton of adjustment and the desk chair cradle is a must if you're using a wheeled chair and load cell pedals. It's not cheap, but I can see why after using it. If you don't have the space for a full rig I'd highly recommend this for those with DD wheelbases

Pricy, but worth it

Very sturdy and foldable and can be upgraded to full cockpit later on. I use a direct drive wheelbase and load cell brake pedals and sitting in a gaming chair and pressing 100kg of force I have no concern about the chair moving. It comes with all tools and bolts needed. It even has some extras that were helpful considering Fanatec didn't send bolts for the t-nuts. If you happen to be getting a CSL DD wheel base, this wheel stand is already pre-drilled for the perfect alignment, but please make sure you use TWO ‘M6' washers with each ‘M6x15' bolt when mounting the wheel. Base plate = 3mm   two 1mm thick M6 washers = 2mm   10mm t-nut thickness = 15mm. If you don't use washers you'll crack the wheel base.

Extremely sturdy, even w/ DD wheel, but foldable.

I have not had a chance to use the wheel stand yet, but it does do what I wanted it for.

1. Bought on Amazon. Went through 3 or 4 different CSRs only to find out my item was damaged in transit and a new one sent out. Decided to cancel and try again at Sim1.
2. Sim1 called to say they ran out of stock the day before I ordered. They denied my money transfer and I ordered from Walmart instead.
3. Walmart and Amazon came the same day. Only difference is that the Amazon box is somewhat damaged while the Walmart one was completely clean. I am sending back the Amazon one as I was supposed to deny it anyways (I was not home, mom didn't know).

Safe to say 5 stars since there were no delays or stock issues involved at Walmart. However, I will not be ordering groceries from Walmart due to many many issues.

General Review

Fast and easy

5 stars, minus 1 for being difficult to assemble with minimal patience, and because of a slight problem I found when mounting my shifter, more on that later. 

The assembly: My dad came by to drop it off and assemble it (it was shipped to my parents' house by accident), and he hated the screws not lining up or screwing in easily the first time. He often thought things were broken on arrival and was already skeptical from other bad reviews. After about 30ish mins, he finished assembling it, and now I really enjoy using it. Nothing was actually broken or return-worthy and we solved the issue of the wheel mount being crooked (was lower on one side- it is height adjustable, but we used the incorrect screw holes, so always count the amount exposed on each side before mounting the shifter   e-brake arm), and I thought the instructions were easy on paper and not too bad in practice. Your mileage will vary based on your patience and passion for racing games.

The product: While the shifter plate has a lot of holes, there are none that match the screw positions on the Logitech G29 (and other G wheel shifters), so you'll need to use the regular desk clamps to help them out. I bought this wheel stand so I can permanently screw mount everything and have my pedals fixed in place with a realistic shifter position. If they made an updated plate to solve it, I'd buy it without thinking. I'm pretty sure the shifter is supposed to be pushed up against the plate, and with the way we installed the plate, you can't without the shifter holes being blocked by it. Trying to mount the shifter sideways suggests that we did mount the plate correctly.

Also, I dislike the heavy weight, but I appreciate the build quality enough to overlook it entirely. If you can't lift a medium-sized dog, you won't be picking this up to stow it very easily- it's definitely built well and makes you think twice before putting it away- which is fine for those with lots of room, decent strength, and/or actual racing sim rigs. I recommend that you buy velcro straps so you can lock the chair wheel tray at the bottom in place (when folded up) and for better cable management.

Overall, 4/5. I will be buying another one because I have both a G29 and a G27 by Logitech.
