This stuff is so good! It's a deep clarifying exfoliant. I use it once a week or once every two weeks to get rid of buildup. Drug store price, but luxurious feel. I like the scent too. The packaging is simple and it's easy to open. My scalp is really clean after use. Only thing is it's a little hard to keep the exfoliant on your scalp and not in your hair. A little goes a long way.

This product just help clean the buildup and restore your hair. Your hair feels great after rinsing it out. I haven't used this in awhile but definitely recommend if you have tough buildup.

Great Residue Cleaner

Decent scrub for what it is. It's very chunky and a little tough to distribute evenly as it causes a lot of scrub fallout. I have to do this right as I'm getting in the tub because of the fallout. I did notice a little extra hair shedding but nothing crazy. It foams a tiny bit when you are manipulating the scalp and add water to it, making for a good pre cleansing treatment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this scrub for 2 days in a row. I have thin hair that tends to get oily so I wash it every day. I was looking forward to using the scalp scrub because I love a scalp massage. The directions say to use it before or in place of shampoo. The first day I used it, I used it before my shampoo. My hair got really tangled and after drying it, seemed like it was over-dry. I used it on the second day after my shampoo. I thought that maybe my hair got tangled because there wasn't enough moisture in it yet. Although this made it easier to run into my scalp, it didn't not stop my hair from tangling again. Plus, this time, my hair was even more dry and felt like it had no bounce to it anymore. Just dry, stringy hair. I have not used it since. This may just not have been a good fit for my type of hair (thin, straight and oily when unwashed).
