(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The Root Touch-Up product is PERFECT. The product covers the grey hair very well and blends nicely into the rest of my hair. Unlike regular hair dye, my grey hair actually looks black with the Root Touch-Up. And after a few shampoos, the hair still remained dark as opposed to the orangey/brown tint I obtain when using hair dye to redo all my hair. Moreover, there is actually enough product to cover all my roots if needed, instead of just going over the grey hair only. My roots stayed colored for about 3 weeks with Root Touch-Up which is as long for me as with regular hair coloring. The product was very easy to prepare and apply, with a tray for mixing so there was no mess like I initially thought. I also prefer the idea of simply touching up rather than using hair dye so as to minimize damage to my hair as you can precisely select where the dye is applied with the wand rather than using the bottle formula of regular hair coloring kits.
I recommend this product to all those looking for a fast and effective fix for those stubborn grey hairs that pop between colorings. The Root Touch-Up provides excellent grey coverage, easy application and great results at home.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I coloured my hair last week with The Clairol Nice n Easy in Golden Brown sent to me a while ago. I was a little worried it would turn out orangey as my natural hair colour is slightly darker then the dye, and I usually stick to more neutral/ash tones. The results did turn out a little brassier than I would have liked haha... so I went out and got Nice n easy in ash brown yesterday (1 weeks later) and the results were perfect. The colour blend technology really does what it says - I can really see the multidimensional colour tones (like subtle natural looking highlights) in my hair and it gives it a more professional look than other at home hair colours Ive tried. The liquid was fairly easy to apply and the smell was not too strong - it was actually quite pleasant. But the best part of all- and I know a lot of people who agree- was the CC ColourSeal Conditioner. I hope they sell it full-size somewhere because it is amaaaaazing. My hair has never been easier to detangle in the shower (a big thing for me since I have very curly hair) and felt like silk while rinsing out! Then for the next 2 whole days my hair felt soft and was very shiny. My boyfriend said it smelled great also, which is never a bad thing. I will definitely be using Nice n Easy again.

Great hair colouring experience!!!

It all went smooth except for accidentally getting some in my eye which stung alot.lol Conditioner had a wonderful almost coconut and flower smell and left my hair soft and shiny. It covered my stuborn greys well and its a nice natural looking colour. Very pleased and look like my 10 month olds mommy again instead of his gramma :)

I didn't test it on my hair as I still have my natural color, so I gave it to my mom.

My mothers was using Garnier color before and was very happy with the result. So I had to convince her to try Clairol, especially because I got it for FREE.

Before we started, her hair was already mostly grey as the previous color already washed away. Therefore it was really interesting to see the result. And it turned out to be very good. It is a true 100% grey coverage, and the color is so natural. Her hair became very shiny and looked healthy and beautiful. I just could not believe that just a year ago she was bold after 6 chemos and 25 radiations. And now I see my beautiful mom with shiny, healthy hair. She is my hero who was fighting cancer with such courage and won the battle!

It is now 4 weeks since we applied the ClairolÂ® Nice ân Easy, but her hair is still looking good.

The only disadvantage of this product is ammonia. The smell is too strong! I was dying her hair, so for about 15-20 min I had to breath with ammonia, and that smell stayed with me in my lungs for few hours. So I suggest to the manufacturers to add and facial mask for the person who actually applies that color or try to get rid of it somehow.

Other that that, it seems to be a very good product and I am giving it 5 stars.

nice tone of colour

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Perfect hair color. Natural and shiny. And definitely cover all grey. Very easy to use and have more than enough to cover all the hair. The CC ColourSeal conditioner is rich. What I really like the most about both the color kit and conditioner is the smell is very pleasant. Didn't have any bad ammonia smell at all. The one and only fall back (why I cut short a star), the color kit is very thick after mixture, it makes it very hard to squeeze out the content. Maybe the applicator hole needs to be a bit bigger.

Very nice product

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) First off I would like talk about the packaging and contents of the clariol nice and easy hair color. The box is very nice in presentation, Colour number and shade is very easy to read onfront of packaging. On the back of the package, it explains in full detail what the shade will look like on natural hair colour with pictures as swatches. It also explains that its a salon blend of 3 tones in one simple step.
The contents of the box are labelled in steps 1,2,3 easy to read and use. The smell is rather strong, as all hair coloring kits are I personally rate the smell a 3 out of 5. The product is easy to mix and apply.
After you colour and rinse, they provide you with a colour seal condtioner that makes your hair soft and silky, and most important seal in your color to make your shade last.
You definatley get a natural looking color thats very true to you! 100% grey coverage.
I'm very impressed with this product, and will definatley use again.
My shade of choice that i reviewed was
9/103 Natural Light Neutral Blonde.

Refreshing Colour**

So I went with the natural radiant auburn as I actually had some leftover blue that was stubbornly sticking to my hair and thought the red tone would tone it down. I was very happy with the results, not only did the blue disappear the red tone looked great with my skin tone. Now I am a messy colour applier (might have something to do with my impatience) so there was definitely some splatter on me and my counter, and the product just wiped off of both, I was very pleased not to have red tipped ears, so that was a real bonus.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was due to the fact that my grey, which unfortunately I have more of than I would like, did turn a more brassy orange than the rest of my hair, I can however pass this off as highlighting due to the tonal qualities. I am very happy with the overall effect and would definitely recommend this product to friends and family. I believe Nice and Easy gets passed over too often in the store, I hope this campaign changes that âº

new brilliant hair

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received the Deep Brown hair colour.

On a positive note, it covered all of my grey hairs well, and my hair does looks vibrant and full of shine once again (I dye my hair approx. every 3 months and I was overdue!) My only concern is that the actual colour appears to be black in oppose to dark brown, which I'm hoping will lighten after a couple of washes. Also, I'm a little disappointed as I was expecting a three tone look with this particular hair brand as that is what they advertise however, that's not the case (maybe because the colour is too dark...).

I've never tried this brand before because it is one of the more expensive hair dying brands. I'm still unsure whether I will continue with Clairol over my usual brand- it will ultimately depend on the long lasting outcome of the colour whether the extra cost is worth it or not. Also, I wished Clairol would make smaller sized root touch-up hair dye boxes because it seems such a waste to buy a full box to simply use a quarter of the product.

Overall, two thumbs up for awesome grey coverage and softness :)

Greys be gone

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I think that while I was pleased with the initial colour and coverage, I am now reassessing the situation. After 6 - 7 days, the colour has faded and grey streaks are seen at my temples -- and this is not new grey showing, what was covered by the product has worn off. While the application of the product was straight forward, and initial coverage was good, I am afraid that the colour coverage did not last very long. It appears that this product is only a "short-gap" product, which has a limited number of days of coverage. I think that I would only use this product if I was going somewhere and was not able to schedule the time to properly colour my hair. Unfortunately, the number of times that this would happen are limited. If the colour lasted from 2 - 3 weeks, it would be worth my while, but when it lasts less than a week, then I think that I would not invest the time or money on this product unless I was in dire straights.
