After receiving the item, I tried to assemble the bar stools. Unfortunately there were several defects on both stools: black plastic cap completely stuck inside the cylinder that wouldn't allow the stool to be height-adjustable, and the silver prong (which is supposed to connect with the inside button for height adjusting) was designed too short to even touch the button. I reached out to the manufacturer, and they said they had sent me replacement cylinders. A week later, the company emails me and says the expert does not see anything wrong with the pictures I provided. This manufacturer sent me completely defective items, lied about having sent me replacement parts, and refused to help me further despite the fact that the items were unusable. Stay away from this product and Nicer Furniture. Terrible quality and absolutely no accountability.
