IN NEED

Ive been smoking and vaping for almost 10 years, Ive tried to use the gum to quit before but I dont think I was mentally prepared to stop smoking so it didn't last long. I soon switched the gum back to the vape. But Its my second time attempting to quit because I can no longer afford to smoke (financially) and this time around I hope that I can stick to it, especially once I receive funds again. The gum gives me a choking sensation in my throat which turns me away from nicotine completely. Its fast acting and relieves all cravings other than the dopamine received from following old habit's and pulling the vape.

Good mint flavour

I have taken a liking to extreme chill mint but I no loger see it on the shelves nor do I see it on your website . Please advise if there has been a name change.

I couldn't have quit smoking if it hadn't been for this gum, it did take me quite a while to stop using the gum but the trade off was great. I am at present not using the gum but have considered having some around just in case I am tempted which I have but I am smoke free now 8 months. I would definitely recommend this product.

This gum helped me quit

I have been a smoker for over 30 yrs and I am happy to say I have been working FF cigarettes for about 7 months They only reason this was a success this time round. Is because I used the nicorette gum. Couldn't done it without this product. I am now moving done to the 1mg lozenge Thank you for this product

I'm off Cigarettes

I decided to endeavour to quit in April. I was smoking 30-40 cigarettes a day. And a 50 year smoker.
I started with the 4mg patch, gum and spray.
Gradually reducing cigarettes, I am now at 3 per day. I no longer use the patches just gum and spray.
Being as active as I can possibly be has certainly helped, however with the winter months coming, I am concerned that I may increase my cigarette intake out of boredom. 
I will have to think of other ways to occupy myself.

Certainly has helped a lot

For voluntary or involuntary smokers (here we mean second-hand smoke), this product has proven itself. Having lived in a cramped workplace when smoking was allowed, my lungs took it for their cold. Those who smoke don’t smoke anymore, thanks to NICORETTE. Many thanks to the ex-smokers and those who, although unintentionally, breathed the exhalations.

Excellent product to recommend

I have been using the nicorettes gums for 15 days. Second attempt to quit smoking since June 2014. I had, at the first stop, opted for the electronic cigarette but each time, the desire to smoke a real cigarette reappeared. Failure of withdrawal. So I decided to stop completely 15 days, 3 weeks ago. So neither cigarette nor e-cigarette and I replaced my sudden cravings with gum nicorettes and the patch. (patch 14mg and Nicorette 2mg. I still hold on. I decided to stop the patch that diffuses nicotine continuously and that I forgot to put or change once in two by Nicorette gums in 4mg. I was smoking in the morning with coffee. I'm good with the Nicorette habit and I stick to it. The urge to smoke tobacco has disappeared. The image of the cigarette in the mouth also disappears. After meals, I want my gum Nicorette taste mint or fruit taste and I feel good. I'm so glad. Next step, forget about the gums. But I'm going to take the time it takes. It's a long-term battle! And a change in lifestyle frequently smokers)

Smoking weaning

Where is uncoated original flavor??? I've stopped buying it because whoever created coated and orange/sinamon/etc flavors I'm sure didn't smoke a day in a life and doesn't understand what ppl who r trying to quit are looking for. Please bring back normal gum.

Old flavor was perfect

Why has Nicorette discontinued the Fresh Mint flavour? It is the only flavour and texture that I like, and has always been the most popular flavour in the stores. I'd rather give up the gum than change to a flavour I don't like, so I think the Nicorette company is hurting itself in the long run.
