About 10 years ago I got my first touchless trash can.  When it broke I wanted to replace it but remembered how expensive they were.. Then I saw it at Walmart.com for a fraction of what I had paid all those years ago.  It's exactly the same! Love it.

Best price in the market for a motion sensor trash can of this size. It's very convenient to have as it opens and closes when it should. The wide opening can easily accommodate any household trash and uses a cheap 13gal liner that does not show on the outside. I've only had it for one week so it is too soon for me to comment on its durability (hence the average rating) but it looks well made and I like the fact that the bottom is completely sealed so that there is NO chance for a small mice or insects to get in thru the base. The stainless steel body looks awesome. I'm a very satisfied consumer of this product.

A great buy!

I searched a lot of stores for a stainless steel trash can for my new small town Home and was so happy I found this one. It's just the right size for my kitchen and I love the motion detector feature. This is the best price I've found anywhere for a trash can with these features.  I've only had it for about a month but works great and hopefully the batteries last a long time in it as well.

I really like it! Used two weeks, so far, so good. I use 13- gallons bag. Instead regular batteries you can use three special accumulators and change them once per month. Nicely done. Strongly suggest others customers.

Nice, convinient,good qulity, compact

I have never owned a touch less trash can before. I absolutely love it. It is easy to use and you don't have to get your hands dirty. Also with the square design once you throw the trash in it goes all the way to the bottom of the pile of trash. No more pushing the trash down to get more space in the trash bag. Thanks for designing such a wonderful product.

We have only had this a month, but our older version we had for 5 years. Arrived with no dents, the lid opens and closes when your hand goes over the censor. I hope and expect to have this for another 5 years.

Looks good and works well

The best product ever! I love that it opens automatically and now my child won't miss the trash can every time because you have to open the lid first.

Motion Trash can

On my third trashcan of this type and my only complaint is that the lid has a weak spot where the gear engages. Parts are not available anywhere. Otherwise, they are great!

We had one similar to this by a different manufacturer but the closure to the battery area broke which caused that area and the batteries to get rusty and dirt-filled. This model seems to have a better battery enclosure, warranty info, directions and function. All around it is doing it's job. We appreciate not having to lift the lid when dealing with chicken pieces or other food items.

I bought a dzt50-1 in 2006 lasted 7 years before starting to work a little slow. so i bought a dzt50-6 which i just received. only thing so far, is i find it harder to put trash bag in. Maybe i'm not doing it right. need some advice. (loved the dzt50-1)

I was hesitant to buy a motion sensor trash can because it seemed like it might not be reliable. I purchased this one because of the great price but had to return it because IT DID NOT WORK! I tried several different batteries but it never had any sign of life. What a waste of time and money.

A great price and good looks are not enough!
