I bought this to replace my bad-for-the-environment Keurig as a special gift to myself after having my second baby.  And I am so glad I did!  I love the customizable sizes and reusable filter for both coffee and tea.  Great for daily use and entertaining guests.  My husband uses the cold brew feature often, while I prefer my coffee hot.  It suits both of us!

We've been using a Keurig for the past two years just recently went and visited some family they had the ninja coffee maker so we got it and it has been the best coffee I've ever had

Best coffee

I bought this after my keurig was about 9 years old. I wanted something that had different options. I researched and read about different coffee makers and this kept coming on top with all the features I wanted. I love the cold brew feature and the frother, I never knew I needed it! I have tried the specialty and it is rich. I am happy with this product and will recommend to any coffee person. I haven't tried the tea options yet.

My daughter in law bought this.  I stayed at her house for a week and fell in love with this coffee maker.  I had her send me the link and I ordered straight away.  The coffee is the best.  I got strep throat about 2 weeks later after receiving my coffee pot so I made hot tea for the 1st time.  OMG. Best hot tea I've ever had.  Will never buy a regular coffee pot again.  It's worth the $$$

I had an older version for several years and it bit the dust. This one has a few newer features and it makes even better coffee then my old one. I always take my coffee to work now because I can't stand their coffee.  The frother is a nice feature too. I love it and tell all my friends how great it is. I can't wait to try the tea making with this too. I love home brewed tea. Definitely worth the cost if you like coffeehouse coffee

I love this coffee maker

I bought the brewing system after much thought and research because I wanted to replace mY Keurig with something more eco friendly and something that can also make lots of tea. I love this system. It allows for so many options. And frothing the milk is amazing!!

I am in love

I love everything Ninja. I have the coffee/tea bar, the coffee bar, and the Air Fryer, oh, and the XL hot/cold cups.  If you don't have a Ninja, get one.

Quality products

I've had my coffee ninja for about 3-4 months now..absolutely love it! I mainly use single serve or specialty coffee button (americano) and I love it. I do wish it were a tad hotter but I can't complain. Haven't used ice tea yet. And the steamed wand is pretty basic IMO..I use a separate foam frother

I bought this in April and have really liked it, the only issue is that the mechanism that lifts and lowers the baskets pushes out the tea steeper sometimes and then it'll stop the process and the basket is full of hot water, other than that minor issue the machine works great.

My girlfriend bought this as a gift for me to replace my older Keurig machine and I quite please with the switch! More control over my coffee quality and more options on how to consume my coffee and teas through lattes and iced drinks!!!

Loving it !

I was so excited to give this coffee maker as an “upgrade” to my husband for his birthday. We are both so disappointed. It never gets “hot”!  And if we pour coffee an hour after it brews I have to warm it up in microwave. There is no heating element under the carafe so it does not keep anything warm. Such a let down. I do not recommend this product and now looking for a new coffee maker.
