The unit works just as described. The Auto-IQ functions provide a ready-to-uee option for various blend settings without having to guess timing - though some of the functions are restricted to the smaller blender cups.

The downsides of the unit is that it is pretty loud during use, and handwashing the pitcher blade is tricky as you have to be very careful with the razor-sharp blades. Either clean with a dishwasher or use an extended handle brush

I purchased this item in "Open Box" condition, expecting it to meet reasonable standards for quality, functionality, and completeness. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and far below expectations.
To begin with, the item did not arrive in its original packaging. More concerning, the blender failed to turn on despite multiple attempts. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that two buttons on the front panel were visibly damaged. Additionally, one of the Nutri Ninja cups was missing, even though the product listing clearly showed two.
I've returned the item and am currently awaiting a refund. Overall, this felt more like receiving a damaged product from a peer-to-peer marketplace than a professionally inspected Open Box item from a trusted retailer. I strongly urge Walmart to reevaluate this seller's practices and implement stricter quality control measures to protect customer trust.
