I love this pan! We normally use cast iron in our home. But I wanted a pan that was more nonstick but was similar to my cast iron pans. This pan is lighter than cast iron but heavy enough that it doesn't warp with heat. It's a great nonstick pan that heats very nicely! I'd buy this again.

I'll start with one caveat — they don't last forever. That said, ours held up incredibly well for four years in a busy vacation rental, where they were definitely battered and abused. We only replaced them because they'd gotten a bit too dinged up to match the quality standard we want to maintain for guests, not because they stopped performing well. But we did replace it with the exact same pan. so that's saying something about how we liked them.

They heat like cast iron — retaining heat beautifully for even cooking — but are so much easier to clean. They have a nice weight to them and cook evenly every time. I'm confident they would last much longer in a normal household where they aren't being used and abused daily like ours were.

great but we did have to re buy

I read reviews on this pan before I purchased. Some people were not very satisfied and I almost passed on making the purchase. I'm glad I didn't. I read the directions and followed them. Nothing sticks!
 
With the exception of my cast iron skillet I use for camp fires, I've never had a pan more sturdy or reliable. And, clean up is effortless. 
I think if you read the "how to use" instructions you'll find this pan to be a worth while part of your cooking for years to come.

I'm impressed

The pan performs very well.  It is heavier, as it is made from real metal.  The pan heats very evenly and nothing, so far, has stuck to it.  Clean-up has been a breeze.  I should add that I did a little seasoning first (high-temp oil, then heating over medium low heat for about 15 min, then cleanup with soap and water), and I don't turn the burner onto its highest setting when using the pan.  Medium to medium high performs very, very well.  My main misgiving is that the non-stick coating, PTFE, while much better than older PFOA coatings, is still not without health risks if care is not taken in terms of overheating the pan and damaging the surface.

Great Frying Pan for a Great Price!

This is the second one I have bought for myself, the first one was like 10 years ago, and I still use it too. I just wanted to treat myself to a new one for my birthday. I have also bought one for my daughter, we both love them . It is my all time go to frying pan.

Gotta LOVE Ninja pans!!

I purchased the three piece ninja and I purchased the eight inch ninja and they are the best ones going that you can buy for your home. It has a large thick metal plate on the bottom that distributes the heat through the whole pan. My other fry pans are sitting in the drawer because every day I use my ninjas.

That's fry pan that I have used out of the restaur

This is the second one I have bought because it works amazingly. Not only is the bottom of the pan flat in diameter and able to sear several things at once, but it is also oven safe, dishwasher safe and doesn't scratch. Versitile and just an all around great everyday skillet.

Great for daily use

Like many of you I've gone through my share of non stick pans. I really like this one for it's early return on durability, solid handle and ease of use. I use this pan every day and love it's high quality non-stick coating. We'll see how it does after a few months of constant use.

Worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the same one a year ago and was buying another one for a christmas gift and the quality was different so I returned it. This is a Ninja quality control and apparently learned that these are manufactured in different countries and that was the difference.

We have used this skillet several times since it arrived.  Works well nonstick, food browns well and it functions well at low heat settings.  I purchased another skillet about a year ago just like this one and have some problem with it.  The coating has bubbled up and some of the bubbles have ruptured.  We do not use the skillet now .  Is there a warranty covering this problem?  I tried to contact the maker without a response from them.  Could you please respond?  Allan Miller

I followed all the precautions and heated it long enough and tried to make some eggs… all stuck inside and it's a nightmare to clean it
