This pans are AMAZING! They are made with really high quality materials and you can feel it. The finish on this pans is amazing with such a smooth silky texture and amazing stainless steel tone/texture. It is needless to say you will need to practice to be able to properly used them if you have never use Stainless steel cookware before but this set works flawlessly.  The heat conductivity is smooth and even all around the pan and it warms up relatively fast unlike other stainless steel pans ive used. I love how easy it is to go from stove to oven to grill to whatever I want to put it on since it tolerates any heat all around from pan to handle. It is super easy to clean and it doesn't scratch as easily as other pans ive had since you dont need to be so aggressive when it comes to cleaning gunk off this beauties.  So far there has been no sign of corrosion evem when water is left on it to soften some gunk. It works as a nonstick of you cure it/season it properly and not much grease is need it. Overall this set has exceeded my expectations!  Only pointer would be the bottom part /surface of the pan does get burn marks easily but I guess is normal even though they do get hard to remove which would affect the presentation if you have them hanging like I do.

My Love does all the cooking in our home and was dissatisfied with the cookware we had been using.  He found these and really wanted to try them out, so I bought them.  He LOVES them, and I love the cleanup!  I did see some of the negative reviews regarding clean up, food sticking, etc but we have other Ninja products that haven't failed us and wanted to give them a try.  

What we found, is following the instructions by preheating the pans, using fat such as lard or tallow fat, even butter kept the food from sticking.  It doesn't take much fat, just a little bit will do.  

Clean up is easier than anything I've cleaned in all my 60 years.  I let them cool down (just as the instructions recommend) then add water with a drop of soap and let soak.  After they've soaked awhile, I empty out the dirty water, rinse, wipe (no scrubbing required) with a poly mesh scrubber and then dry.

Wanted to really use them before review. I love the weight/feel of them. I was i
Pressed they can take heat way above 500 degrees.  As long as you follow instructions about heating the pan first  they clean fabulously.  I haven't burned anything so they have been really easy to wash. I love the set and hope they will add other pieces to buy to add to the set.

Excellent heavy duty pans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a new set of pots and pans.  I had a mismatched assortment of cookware dating back decades.  I was trying to find a high quality stackable product.  I really like the Ninja brand and elected to treat myself to the Ninja EverClad Stackable Commercial Grade Stainless Steel cookware.  I am so glad I did and I could not be happier!  I would recommend this product without reservation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who does a lot of cooking, my old cookware was passed it's prime and in need of a replacement, so I was very excited about this Ninja EverClad Stackable Commercial Grade Stainless Steel Cookware. This 12- piece set contains every pot and pan I need and also comes with matching stainless steel lids, a huge plus compared to glass. Everything in this set stacks in a way to not scratch other cookware; the lids have a groove to fit in the top handle and the pans have an additional hook on the side that latches to the lip of the pan below, so nothing is just laying inside of another. I have not seen this on other cookware, but this stacking design is thought out and works great. The cookware is heavy duty and well made, and I'm sure will last for many years if properly taken care of. I had a combination of stainless steel and nonstick pans previously and did need to adjust a bit when cooking with these. I made a few dishes in the fry pans and felt they took longer to heat up and get an even heat throughout compared to my other pans. This may have to do with my stove since my gas burners appear to be on the smaller side when I compared with other stoves, and it is possible that a smaller burner is not the best to evenly heat the pans in this cookware set. I also found this to stick more than I am used to even when adjusting the amount and type of oil I use, but again may have to do with my stove top not having the biggest burners to disperse heat. However, the saucepans all brought my liquids to a boil faster than my other pans, which was nice when making dishes like pasta or quinoa, so I guess I will just need to learn how each pans react to my stove. I previously did not have a saute pan and this 5 qt size is just perfect for making large family dishes and a great addition to my kitchen. This cookware does take a bit of work to clean when something gets stuck on and, since they are stainless steel, they are a bit heavy to hand wash and I would not recommend to those who would find this to be a problem. I would recommend these though to anyone who wants a durable set for years to come and does not mind the bit of extra care needed to clean a surface that will get some food stuck on it.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. I recently bought this cookware set and used one of the stainless steel pots for the first time simply to boil pasta. After just one use, the pot was left with noticeable spots and discoloration.

I have owned and used several stainless steel cookware sets in the past, including less expensive options, and I have never experienced this issue. Based on the quality I expected from your brand, this was quite surprising and disappointing.

I wanted to bring this to your attention and see if this is considered normal or if there may be a defect with the product. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide regarding this matter.

Disappointed

These are low quality stainless pans. Pans cook fine as long as you preheat and grease correctly, but we've had ours for only a couple months and some of the handle rivets have started to come loose. We got these for free from Ninja as warrant replacements for their truly awful Never Stick pans. But there really aren't any better quality. Spend your money on pans from a company that knows how to make them.

Poor quality, look elsewhere

I bought these pans a few months ago and was very excited to start using. After washing gently, I used for the first time and it was nothing like I expected. It was burned and required barkeepers best friend to repolish. This happened on each of the sautée pans. My ten year old tfal pans cooked eggs better. I've had many ninja and shark items and been nothing but impressed by their durability and functionality. However these did not meet expectation. The stainless itself is fantastic and beautiful but I am almost afraid to use them because of what happens afterthought heat up. I've tried using high temp oils and butters and the results most times are the same. Definitely disappointed and would rather have gotten the ceramic ones
