I received my coffee maker 2 years ago for Christmas.  Delighted!  And I still am, but ... the "Clean" light comes on constantly.  Within 7-10 days of cleaning, per instructions since I am very careful to take the best care of all of my kitchen appliances, the light comes on again.  It started doing this within 6 months or receiving and using.  Yes, I use it almost twice a day on a nearly daily basis but our city water is not that unusually hard and I always use filtered water from the refrigerator dispenser.  So, whats the deal with the "clean" light coming on so frequently and so soon after being cleaned?  Just curious if this is "common".

I bought this model back when you could only get it from a TV infomercial starring  Sofia Vergara! I have been loving it for years now! It has even survived a move. It makes a tasty cup or carafe of coffee every time! It's simple, it's robust and economical! I like using my own brand and different grinds of coffee. From "Chock Full Of Nuts" to "Cafe Buscello" ....or a special grind I choose. The coffee tastes more full bodied and the frothed milk/cream or even flavored dairy-free is what sets a regular cup of coffee and one made with the "Coffee Ninja" apart!

Finally writing a review after owning for years!

This is a Christmas gift but I currently have one and love it! Hope this works as well as mine.

Makes great coffee

I love all of the options of this coffee maker but have had issues with it since about 6 months after purchasing. The clean button will not go off despite cleaning several times. Now it has recently just stopped brewing coffee, beeping after brewing for less than a minute. I have had it almost exactly 2 years. Despite calling customer service a couple times, I have never been offered a solution or a replacement product.

Clean Button Ruining a Great Coffee Maker

Bought this coffee maker just short of two years ago. Even though I loved it, the clean light indicator always comes on even after a long clean cycle and now it's leaking water all over the counter. For the price you'd think it would be a better quality and last.

Short lived greatness...

I got this Ninja Coffee Bar 1 year ago, it stopped working 2 months ago.  I know we have a 1 year warranty and probably could have tried to use it but is it worth paying the shipping on something I got on Black Friday just to have it break again on us in a year?  Not worth it.  There was an awful smell coming from it that we couldn't pin point so we are sure it is unrepairable.  Too bad, something that had a lot of hype in the beginning sure didn't live up to the expectations!!

Doesn't last long

After a year and half of using this coffee makers it is complete trash!
The Clean light never goes away so it only makes half a cup of coffee at a time since it thinks the machine is too dirty. We have done several clean cycles in a row with vinegar and nothing works!
More recently it keeps letting us that the no drip is activated and its not so not it make only a 1/4 cup of coffee at a time.

Stopped working

I was really excited for my purchase, however, now the "clean" light will not shut off. I've run several clean cycles with and without vinegar, but nothing works. I should have listened to the reviews and gone with a different product. Extremely disappointed.
